Claims (10)
- 負極集電体層、活物質材料としてのLi4Ti5O12を含む負極活物質層、ポリエチレンオキサイドおよびポリスチレンを含む固体電解質層、活物質材料としてのLiCoO2を含む正極活物質層、および正極集電体層をこの順番に積層した構造を有し、
前記負極活物質層は、前記負極集電体層表面に互いに離隔し前記負極集電体層表面に沿って互いに平行に延びるライン状パターンを複数配してなるストライプ構造を有し、
前記ライン状パターンと前記負極集電体層との接触点において前記負極活物質層に引いた接線と前記負極集電体層表面とがなす角のうち前記負極活物質層を含む側の角が90度よりも小さく、
前記ライン状パターンと前記負極集電体層との接触点において、前記負極集電体層と前記固体電解質層とが接触し、
前記固体電解質層の厚さが、前記負極集電体層表面からの前記ライン状パターンの高さより大きく、かつ前記固体電解質層の前記正極活物質層と接触する側の面が平坦であり、
前記正極活物質層が平坦な層であり、
前記負極集電体層の表面からの前記ライン状パターンの高さが100μmであり、前記固体電解質層の厚さが200μmである
ことを特徴とするリチウムイオン二次電池。 - 前記ライン状パターンの延設方向に直交する断面において、前記ライン状パターンの前記負極集電体層と接触する部分の幅が20μm以上で、前記幅に対する前記高さの比が0.5以上である請求項1に記載のリチウムイオン二次電池。
- 前記ライン状パターンでは、前記負極集電体層と接触する部分を除く表面が滑らかな曲面である請求項1または2に記載のリチウムイオン二次電池。
- 請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載のリチウムイオン二次電池を搭載することを特徴とする車両。
- 請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載のリチウムイオン二次電池と、
前記リチウムイオン二次電池を電源として動作する電子回路部と
を備えることを特徴とする電子機器。 - 前記リチウムイオン二次電池と前記電子回路部とを収容するカード型の筐体を備える請求項5に記載の電子機器。
- 負極集電体となる基材の表面に、負極活物質材料としてのLi4Ti5O12を含み互いに離隔し前記負極集電体層表面に沿って互いに平行に延びる平行な複数のライン状パターンからなるストライプ構造の負極活物質層を形成する第1工程と、
ポリエチレンオキサイドおよびポリスチレンを含む固体電解質により、前記負極活物質層により覆われていない前記基材の露出表面と前記負極活物質層の表面とを共に覆い、前記ライン状パターンと前記負極集電体層との接触点において前記負極集電体層と接触し、しかも前記露出表面および前記負極活物質層と接する面と反対側の面が平坦な固体電解質層を形成する第2工程と、
前記固体電解質層の平坦な表面に、正極活物質材料としてのLiCoO2を含む平坦な正極活物質層、および正極集電体を積層する第3工程と
を備え、
前記負極集電体層の表面からの前記ライン状パターンの高さを100μmとし、前記固体電解質層の厚さを200μmとし、
前記第1工程では、前記ライン状パターンと前記負極集電体層との接触点において前記負極活物質層に引いた接線と前記負極集電体層表面とがなす角のうち前記負極活物質層を含む側の角を90度よりも小さくする
ことを特徴とするリチウムイオン二次電池の製造方法。 - 前記第1工程では、前記負極活物質材料を含む塗布液をノズルから吐出させ前記基材表面に塗布して前記負極活物質層を形成する請求項7に記載のリチウムイオン二次電池の製造方法。
- 前記第1工程では、前記基材表面に対して前記ノズルを所定方向に相対移動させてライン状に前記塗布液を前記基材表面に塗布する請求項8に記載のリチウムイオン二次電池の製造方法。
- 前記第2工程では、前記第1工程で形成された前記基材と前記負極活物質層とを積層してなる積層体の表面に前記固体電解質の材料を含む塗布液を塗布して前記固体電解質層を形成する請求項7ないし9のいずれかに記載のリチウムイオン二次電池の製造方法。
