Abstract
【解決手段】 本発明の過負荷防止装置は、操作レバーの操作状況を検出する操作状況検出手段と、操作状況検出手段によって検出された操作状況から操作レバーが所定の速さ以上で操作されたと判断した場合に、油圧ポンプの入力トルクをトルク一定制御時における最小トルク値に設定する制御信号を吐出量制御手段に出力し、その後、前記制御信号の信号レベルを所定の制御パターンに従って変化させて、油圧ポンプの入力トルクをトルク一定制御時における最大トルク値まで上昇させる制御手段とを備える。

Claims (3)
- 内燃機関によって駆動される油圧ポンプと、油圧アクチュエータに対し前記油圧ポンプからの油圧の供給及び排出制御を行う制御弁と、前記制御弁を作動させるパイロット圧を出力する操作レバーと、前記油圧ポンプにおける吐出圧の増加に応じて吐出量を減少させ前記油圧ポンプの入力トルクをほぼ一定に制御するトルク一定制御を実行する吐出量制御手段とを有する建設機械の過負荷防止装置であって、
前記操作レバーの操作状況を検出する操作状況検出手段と、前記操作状況検出手段によって検出された操作状況から前記操作レバーが所定の速さ以上で操作されたと判断した場合に、前記油圧ポンプの入力トルクを前記トルク一定制御時における最小トルク値に設定する制御信号を前記吐出量制御手段に出力し、その後、前記制御信号の信号レベルを所定の制御パターンに従って変化させて、前記油圧ポンプの入力トルクを前記トルク一定制御時における最大トルク値まで上昇させる制御手段とを備えることを特徴とする建設機械の過負荷防止装置。 - 請求項1記載の建設機械の過負荷防止装置において、前記制御手段が用いる前記所定の制御パターンは、前記制御信号の信号レベルを、前記トルク一定制御時における最大トルク値に相当するレベルまで所定の時間内に戻す第1の制御パターンと、前記内燃機関の回転数が目標回転数に対し所定の回転数以内にある場合、前記制御信号の信号レベルを、前記トルク一定制御時における最大トルク値に相当するレベルまで任意の値ずつ戻す第2の制御パターンと、前記制御信号の信号レベルを一旦所定の時間内に任意の値まで戻した後、前記内燃機関の回転数が目標回転数に対し所定の回転数以内にある場合、前記制御信号の信号レベルを、前記トルク一定制御時における最大トルク値に相当するレベルまで任意の値ずつ戻す第3の制御パターンの中、いずれかであることを特徴とする建設機械の過負荷防止装置。
- 請求項1記載の建設機械の過負荷防止装置において、前記油圧ポンプは可変容量油圧ポンプにより構成され、前記操作状況検出手段は前記操作レバーに接続された圧力センサにより構成されることを特徴とする建設機械の過負荷防止装置。
