Abstract
【解決手段】電気ケーブルは、長手方向に曲がりにくく短手方向に曲がり易い特性を有するフラット電線58と、フラット電線58の末端に連結されてインバータに接続される端子48とを備える。端子48は、フラット電線58の末端に連結される結線部66とインバータに接続される接続部68とを有するとともに、端子48がインバータに接続されたときに接続部68の平坦表面69を含む平面がフラット電線58の曲がり易い方向に沿い且つ前記所定方向と交差するように形成されている。

Claims (8)
- 所定方向に曲がりにくく前記所定方向とは異なる方向に曲がり易い特性を有する電線と、この電線の末端に連結されて電気機器に接続される端子とを備える電気ケーブルであって、
前記端子は、前記電線の末端に連結される結線部と前記電気機器に接続される接続部とを有するとともに、前記端子が前記電気機器に接続されたときに前記接続部の平坦表面を含む平面が前記電線の曲がり易い方向に沿い且つ前記所定方向と交差するように形成されている、
電気ケーブル。 - 請求項1に記載の電気ケーブルにおいて、
前記端子は、金属板からなり、前記結線部に対して前記接続部が折り曲げられて形成されることを特徴とする電気ケーブル。 - 請求項1に記載の電気ケーブルにおいて、
前記端子は、金属板からなり、前記結線部に対して前記接続部がねじり曲げられて形成されることを特徴とする電気ケーブル。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の電気ケーブルにおいて、
前記電線は、長手方向とこれに直交する短手方向とを含む扁平断面形状を有するフラット電線であることを特徴とする電気ケーブル。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の電気ケーブルにおいて、
前記端子は、前記接続部の平坦表面を含む平面が前記電線の曲がりにくい方向である所定方向と直交するように形成されていることを特徴とする電気ケーブル。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の電気ケーブルが複数並んで設けられ、各電気ケーブルの端子の結線部と接続部の一部とをコネクタハウジング内に収容し、前記端子の接続部の先端部分を前記コネクタハウジング外にそれぞれ突出させる一方、前記電線のハウジング内に位置する端部の外周に前記コネクタハウジング内を液密状態に保つシール部材を設けたことを特徴とする電気コネクタ。
- 請求項6に記載の電気コネクタにおいて、
U相、V相およびW相の三相に対応する3本の電気ケーブルを含み、前記電気機器であるインバータの出力端子に前記電気ケーブルの端子がそれぞれ接続されることを特徴とする電気コネクタ。 - 請求項7に記載の電気コネクタにおいて、
前記端子の接続部の平坦表面を含む平面が前記電線の曲がりにくい方向である所定方向と交差する角度が前記3本の電気ケーブルごとに異なることを特徴とする電気コネクタ。
