Abstract
【解決手段】バッテリ7の充電状態であるバッテリSOCを検出するバッテリ監視手段9と、バッテリSOCに応じてバッテリ7の充電パワーを制御するコントローラ8と、油圧アクチュエータを作動させる作業時と油圧アクチュエータを作動させない待機時とを判別するための情報としての作業状態を検出する作業状態検出手段10とを備え、コントローラ8により、待機時には作業時よりも充電パワーに制限を加えるように構成した。

Description
(1) 上記実施形態では、レバー信号によって作業時か待機時かを判別する構成をとったが、他の作業状態(たとえば油圧アクチュエータの作動/非作動)によって判別する構成をとってもよい。

Claims (6)
- 油圧アクチュエータの油圧源となる油圧ポンプと発電電動機とが動力源としてのエンジンに接続され、上記発電電動機の発電機作用によってバッテリが充電されるとともに、このバッテリの電力により上記発電電動機が電動機として駆動されてエンジンをアシストするように構成されたハイブリッド作業機械において、上記バッテリの充電状態であるバッテリSOCを検出するバッテリ監視手段と、このバッテリ監視手段によって検出されるバッテリSOCに応じて上記バッテリの充電パワーを制御する制御手段と、上記油圧アクチュエータを作動させる作業時と油圧アクチュエータを作動させない待機時とを判別するための情報としての作業状態を検出する作業状態検出手段とを備え、上記制御手段は、待機時には作業時よりも上記充電パワーに制限を加えるように構成されたことを特徴とするハイブリッド作業機械。
- 上記制御手段は、作業時には、バッテリSOCと充電パワーとの関係として予め設定さたれ作業時充電マップに基づいて、待機時には作業時よりも充電パワーに制限を加えるように上記作業時充電マップと異なるバッテリSOC/充電パワーの特性をもって予め設定された待機時充電マップに基づいて、それぞれバッテリ充電パワーを決定するように構成されたことを特徴とする請求項1記載のハイブリッド作業機械。
- 上記待機時充電マップは、作業時充電マップとの対比において、充電パワーの上限値が低く設定されたことを特徴とする請求項2記載のハイブリッド作業機械。
- 上記監視手段はバッテリ温度を検出し、上記制御手段は、作業時充電マップとしてバッテリ温度に応じた複数通りのマップ、待機時充電マップとしてバッテリ温度と無関係な一種類のマップをそれぞれ予め設定・記憶し、待機時に、そのときのバッテリ温度に応じた作業時充電マップに基づく充電パワーと、上記待機時充電マップに基づく充電パワーのうち低位の値を充電パワーとして決定するように構成されたことを特徴とする請求項2または3記載のハイブリッド作業機械。
- 上記制御手段は、作業時充電マップと待機時充電マップの切換時に、充電パワーの変化量を、マップによって決まる値よりも低く設定するレートリミッタ処理を加えるように構成されたことを特徴とする請求項2〜4のいずれか1項に記載のハイブリッド作業機械。
- 上記作業状態検出手段は、上記油圧アクチュエータを操作する操作手段の操作の有無を作業状態として検出するように構成されたことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のハイブリッド作業機械。
