Abstract
【解決手段】断熱箱体101は、第1の箱体102と第2の箱体103との間の閉空間に発泡ポリウレタン樹脂を発泡充填形成したものであり、開口した方向と略並行な端面であり断熱箱体101の長手方向の片側の面である底面には、発泡ポリウレタン樹脂の原料注入用の注入口105が設けられ、発泡ポリウレタン樹脂の原料の発泡により押し出す第1の箱体102と第2の箱体103との間の閉ざされた空間に存在している空気と、発泡中に生じるガスとを排出し、発泡ポリウレタン樹脂は漏れ出ない形状・大きさの排出孔106を断熱箱体101の開口した方向の端面に設けている。そのため、従来より発泡充填距離を短くして断熱箱体101全体に充填することができる。これにより、発泡工程完了までの時間を短くすることができ、生産性を高くすることができる。

Claims (5)
- 第1の箱体と、前記第1の箱体の内側にある第2の箱体と、前記第1の箱体と前記第2の箱体で形成される閉空間に発泡形成された発泡ポリウレタン樹脂とからなる断熱箱体であって、前記断熱箱体は、1方向に開口部を設け開口した方向と略並行な端面の1つに前記発泡ポリウレタン樹脂の原料を前記閉空間に注入可能な注入口を設け、前記断熱箱体の開口した方向の端面に前記注入口から前記閉空間に前記発泡ポリウレタン樹脂の原料を注入して発泡させた場合に空気と発泡により生じるガスは抜けるが前記発泡ポリウレタン樹脂は漏れ出ない形状・大きさの排出孔を設け、前記発泡ポリウレタン樹脂を、略大気圧で沸点が零度以下の第1の発泡剤と炭化水素からなる第2の発泡剤とをポリウレタン樹脂の原料に混合させて充填発泡した断熱箱体。
- 前記断熱箱体の開口した方向と略反対側の面の前記第1の箱体に沿って前記第1の箱体と前記第2の箱体との間に真空断熱材を配設した請求項1に記載の断熱箱体。
- 前記第1の発泡剤は、二酸化炭素である請求項1または2に記載の断熱箱体。
- 請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の断熱箱体において、前記断熱箱体の前記開口部を上にして前記断熱箱体を設置し、前記注入口からポリウレタン樹脂の原料を注入し、前記第1の箱体と前記第2の箱体との間の空気及び前記原料の発泡により生じるガスを前記排出孔から排出することで前記発泡ポリウレタン樹脂を充填発泡する断熱箱体の製造方法。
- 重力方向に対して垂直方向の一方向に開口部を設けた箱体と、前記断熱箱体の開口部を閉じて密閉空間が形成されるように配設した扉と、前記断熱箱体と前記扉とから形成される密閉空間を冷却する冷却装置とからなる冷凍冷蔵庫において、前記断熱箱体が請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の断熱箱体である冷凍冷蔵庫。
