Abstract
【解決手段】断熱箱体102は、外箱105と内箱106との間の閉空間に真空断熱パネル108を配置して発泡ポリウレタン107を充填したものであり、内箱106の屈曲部を跨ぐように真空断熱パネル108が配設してある。発泡ポリウレタン107は、ポリオール成分の中に二酸化炭素を含んだ原料から発泡成形されており、フロス発泡が可能となる。フロス発泡は、発泡ポリウレタン107の充填性を向上させるものであり、真空断熱パネル108により流動抵抗が高くなった屈曲部にも充填することが可能となる。また、二酸化炭素はフロス発泡で広く使用されるフッ化炭化水素と比較して環境負荷が小さいので、高品質で断熱性能に優れた冷凍冷蔵庫101を提供できる。

図1は、本発明の実施の形態1における冷凍冷蔵庫の断面図である。図2は本発明の実施の形態1における冷凍冷蔵庫の製造に用いたウレタン発泡機の概略図である。
図3は、本発明の実施の形態3における冷凍冷蔵庫の断面図である。図4は、図3の真空断熱パネルの配設方法が異なる冷凍冷蔵庫の断面図である。

Claims (4)
- 内箱と外箱との間の閉空間に真空断熱パネルを配置して発泡ポリウレタンを充填した断熱箱体であって、前記真空断熱パネルは、少なくとも前記内箱または前記外箱の屈曲部または前記屈曲部近傍に配設され、前記発泡ポリウレタンは、ポリオール成分とポリイソシアネート成分の少なくとも一つに二酸化炭素を含んだ原料を使用した断熱箱体。
- 屈曲部または前記屈曲部近傍に一つ以上の真空断熱パネルを備え、少なくとも一つ以上の前記真空断熱パネルが前記内箱または前記外箱に接して配設された請求項1に記載の断熱箱体。
- 屈曲部または前記屈曲部近傍に一つ以上の真空断熱パネルを備え、少なくとも一つ以上の前記真空断熱パネルが前記内箱または前記外箱の屈曲部に沿うように屈曲させて配設された請求項1または2に記載の断熱箱体。
- 請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の断熱箱体と、前記断熱箱体の内部空間を冷却する冷却手段とから構成された冷凍冷蔵庫。
