Abstract
【解決手段】トリス(2,3−ジブロモプロピル)イソシアヌレートを、ナフタレンスルホン酸塩系縮合物、クレオソート油スルホン酸塩系縮合物、リグニンスルホン酸塩、メラミンスルホン酸塩系縮合物及びビスフェノールスルホン酸塩系縮合物から選択される少なくとも1種の高分子型アニオン性界面活性剤を前記トリス(2,3−ジブロモプロピル)イソシアヌレートに対して20〜200質量%用いて、水中に分散又は乳化しているポリエステル繊維用難燃加工剤である。

Description
下記表1,2に示す配合(質量%)に従って、分散体A〜Tの難燃加工剤を調製した。詳細には、表1,2の分散処方の欄に従って、各処方液を混合撹拌し、スラリーを得た後、このスラリーと同じ容積の直径2.0mmのガラスビーズを混合攪拌し、これをアイメックス(株)製サンドグラインダーに充填し、2時間粉砕処理することにより、トリス(2,3−ジブロモプロピル)イソシアヌレートを水中に微細化分散させた。粉砕処理後100メッシュのろ布によりガラスビーズと分散体とを分離した。次いで、得られた分散体に対し、表1,2の後添加処方の欄に示す配合の水溶性高分子や高分子型アニオン性界面活性剤を含む水溶液にて粘度調整、分散安定化を行うことで、難燃加工剤を調製した。
(1)空焚き試験
上記分散体A〜Tの難燃加工剤を用いて、染色工程における熱履歴に対する分散、乳化の安定性を確認するため、通常加工条件よりも大過剰の難燃加工剤、染料を使用した空焚き試験(繊維素材を投入しない試験)を実施した。詳細には、染色機として(株)テクサム技研製Mini−Colorを用い、浴量300mLで下記に示す染色浴処方について、60℃から昇温して、140℃で30分間処理した後、80℃まで降温してからポットを取り出し、評価を行った。

レギュラーポリエステル/カチオン可染ポリエステル混素材(CD混率(カチオン可染ポリエステルの混合率)=50%)に対し染色同浴法により難燃加工を施した。詳細には、染色機として(株)テクサム技研製Mini−Colorを用い、下記に示す染色浴処方について、浴比1:20で、60℃から昇温して、140℃で30分間処理した。処理後、80℃まで降温してから織物を取り出し、湯水洗5分間の後、下記の還元洗浄浴処方、浴比1:20、80℃で10分間還元洗浄を行い、更に、湯水洗5分間の後、180℃で30秒間ヒートセットを行った。なお、%owf(on the weight of fiber)は、繊維重量に対する比率であり、表3,4中の「%」は「%owf」である。また、比較例5はブランクとして、加工薬剤(難燃加工剤)が未添加の例である。

難燃加工した織物について、加工上りのものと、これを下記条件で水洗濯又はドライクリーニングしたものについて、JIS L 1091 A−1法(ミクロバーナー法)及びD法(コイル法)にて難燃性を測定した。評価は、ミクロバーナー法で1分加熱後及び着炎3秒後ともに、残炎が3秒以下で、残塵が5秒以下、かつ炭化面積が30cm2以下であり、更に、コイル法で接炎回数3回以上であるものを「○」とし、それ以外を「×」とした。
染色機としてサーキュラーラピット染色機を使用し、表5に示した染色処方を用いた以外は上記染色試験機による難燃性評価と同様にして、染色同浴法による難燃加工を実施した。加工特性と難燃性の結果を表5に示す。加工特性の評価方法は以下の通りであり、難燃性の評価は上記染色試験機による難燃性評価と同じである。
Claims (4)
- 請求項1又は2に記載の難燃加工剤を、高温吸尽法による処理により、または、浸漬もしくはコーティングによりポリエステル繊維またはこれよりなる繊維製品に付与した後、80℃以上の熱処理を施すことを特徴とするポリエステル繊維の難燃加工方法。
