Claims (11)
- 基板と、
前記基板上に形成され、発光する第1領域と外光が透過される第2領域とを有する複数のピクセルと、
前記各ピクセルの第1領域に配置された複数の薄膜トランジスタと、
前記各ピクセルの第1領域に配置され、前記各薄膜トランジスタと電気的に連結された複数の第1電極と、
前記第1電極に対向し、前記第2領域に対応するアイランド状の透過窓を複数個有する第2電極と、
前記第1電極と第2電極との間に介在された有機膜と、
を備える有機発光表示装置。 - 前記透過窓は、前記ピクセル別に独立に備えられたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記透過窓は、相互隣接した少なくとも二つのピクセルに対して連結されるように備えられたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記第2電極は、光反射物質で備えられたことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記第1電極は、光透過物質で備えられたことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記薄膜トランジスタは、前記第1電極に重畳されたことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記各ピクセルの第1領域は、発光領域と回路領域とを備え、前記薄膜トランジスタは、前記回路領域に配置され、前記第1電極は、前記発光領域に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記各ピクセルの前記発光領域と前記回路領域とは、相互に隣接して配置されたことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 基板上に発光する第1領域と外光が透過される第2領域とを有する複数のピクセルを区画する工程と、
前記各ピクセルの第1領域に複数の薄膜トランジスタを形成する工程と、
前記各ピクセルの第1領域に前記各薄膜トランジスタと電気的に連結された複数の第1電極を形成する工程と、
前記第1電極上に有機膜を形成する工程と、
前記第1領域に対応する開口パターンを有するマスクを利用して、前記有機膜上に前記第2領域に対応するアイランド状の透過窓を複数個有する第2電極を形成する工程と、
を含む有機発光表示装置の製造方法。 - 前記開口は、互いに一定間隔離隔されたことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の有機発光表示装置の製造方法。
- 前記開口の離隔された間隔は、少なくとも一つのピクセルに対応する距離以下であることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の有機発光表示装置の製造方法。
