Claims (20)
- 透過領域と前記透過領域とを介して相互離隔された複数の画素領域が区画された第1面を有する第1基板と、
前記第1基板の前記第1面の前記画素領域上に位置する薄膜トランジスタと、
前記薄膜トランジスタを覆うパッシベーション膜と、
前記パッシベーション膜上に前記薄膜トランジスタを覆うように形成されていると共に前記薄膜トランジスタと電気的に連結された画素電極と、
前記画素電極と対向していると共に、透光可能であり、且つ前記透過領域及び前記画素領域上にわたって位置する対向電極と、
前記画素電極と前記対向電極との間に介在されて発光する有機発光層と、
前記対向電極と対向するように前記基板と接合される第2基板と、
前記第2基板と前記対向電極との間に介在されていると共に、両端がそれぞれ前記第2基板及び前記対向電極に接しており、且つ導電性物質を含む導電部と、を備える有機発光表示装置。 - 前記画素電極の面積は、前記画素領域の面積と同じであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機発光表示装置。

- 前記導電部は、前記透過領域上に配置されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記第1基板及び前記第2基板の外縁に沿って前記第1基板と前記第2基板とを接合する密封材と、
前記密封材によって密封された前記第1基板と前記第2基板との間に介在された充填材と、をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機発光表示装置。 - 前記導電部は、引込部を備え、
前記引込部の底面と前記対向電極との間に前記充填材が介在されたことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の有機発光表示装置。 - 前記導電部は、前記第2基板における前記対向電極との対向面上に形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の発光表示装置。
- 前記画素電極は、反射性を有する電極であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の発光表示装置。
- 透過領域と前記透過領域とを介して相互離隔された複数の画素領域が区画された第1面を有する第1基板と、
前記基板の前記第1面の前記画素領域上に形成された薄膜トランジスタを備え、
前記画素領域上に位置する画素回路部と、
前記画素回路部を覆う第1絶縁膜と、
前記第1絶縁膜上に前記画素回路部を覆うように形成されていると共に前記画素回路部と電気的に連結された画素電極と、
前記画素電極と対向していると共に透光可能であり、且つ前記透過領域及び前記画素領域上にわたって位置する対向電極と、
前記画素電極と前記対向電極との間に介在されて発光する有機発光層と、
前記対向電極と対向するように前記基板と接合される第2基板と、
前記第2基板と前記対向電極との間に介在されていると共に、両端がそれぞれ前記第2基板及び前記対向電極に接しており、且つ導電性物質を含む導電部と、を備える有機発光表示装置。 - 前記画素電極は、前記画素領域上に形成されたことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記画素回路部と電気的に連結された導電ラインをさらに含み、前記導電ラインは、前記画素領域を通過することを特徴とする請求項11に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記透過領域の面積は、前記画素領域と前記透過領域との面積の和に対して5%ないし90%の範囲内であることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記透過領域及び前記画素領域には、前記第1絶縁膜及び第2絶縁膜が配置され、前記第1絶縁膜及び前記第2絶縁膜は、透明な物質を含むことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記導電部は、前記透過領域上に配置されたことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の有機発光表示装置。
- 前記第1基板及び前記第2基板の外縁に沿って前記第1基板と前記第2基板とを接合する密封材と、
前記密封材によって密封された前記第1基板と前記第2基板との間に介在された充填材と、をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の有機発光表示装置。 - 前記導電部は、引込部を備え、
前記引込部の底面と前記対向電極との間に前記充填材が介在されたことを特徴とする請求項17に記載の有機発光表示装置。 - 前記導電部は、前記第2基板における前記対向電極との対向面上に形成されたことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の発光表示装置。
- 前記画素電極は、反射性を有する電極であることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の発光表示装置。
