Description
本発明は、３次元形状が既知である対象物体の位置及び姿勢を計測する技術に関する。特に対象物体を撮影した距離画像に基づいて対象物体の位置姿勢を計測する位置姿勢計測装置、位置姿勢計測方法、プログラムおよび記憶媒体に関する。
本発明の一つの側面にかかる位置姿勢計測装置は、撮像手段により撮像された対象物体の距離画像を取得する取得手段と、
取得された前記距離画像のうち、前記撮像手段により距離値が計測されていない欠損画像領域を検出する検出手段と、
前記欠損画像領域を対応付けの対象から除外して、前記対象物体の形状を示す形状モデルの特徴と前記距離画像上の前記対象物体の特徴とを対応づける対応付け手段と、
前記対応付けの結果から求められる前記形状モデルの特徴と前記距離画像上の前記対象物体の特徴との間の距離を用いて、前記対象物体の位置姿勢を導出する導出手段と、を備えることを特徴とする。
取得された前記距離画像のうち、前記撮像手段により距離値が計測されていない欠損画像領域を検出する検出手段と、
前記欠損画像領域を対応付けの対象から除外して、前記対象物体の形状を示す形状モデルの特徴と前記距離画像上の前記対象物体の特徴とを対応づける対応付け手段と、
前記対応付けの結果から求められる前記形状モデルの特徴と前記距離画像上の前記対象物体の特徴との間の距離を用いて、前記対象物体の位置姿勢を導出する導出手段と、を備えることを特徴とする。
Claims (11)
- 撮像手段により撮像された対象物体の距離画像を取得する取得手段と、
取得された前記距離画像のうち、前記撮像手段により距離値が計測されていない欠損画像領域を検出する検出手段と、
前記欠損画像領域を対応付けの対象から除外して、前記対象物体の形状を示す形状モデルの特徴と前記距離画像上の前記対象物体の特徴とを対応づける対応付け手段と、
前記対応付けの結果から求められる前記形状モデルの特徴と前記距離画像上の前記対象物体の特徴との間の距離を用いて、前記対象物体の位置姿勢を導出する導出手段と、
を備えることを特徴とする位置姿勢計測装置。 - 前記検出手段は、
前記距離画像上の欠損画像領域を前記形状モデル上に投影し、当該投影された領域を欠損モデル領域として検出することを特徴とする請求項１に記載の位置姿勢計測装置。 - 前記対応付け手段は、
前記欠損画像領域に含まれない領域の特徴を用いて、前記対象物体の形状モデルの特徴と前記距離画像上の前記対象物体の特徴とを対応づけることを特徴とする請求項１または２に記載の位置姿勢計測装置。 - 前記対応付け手段は、前記欠損画像領域に含まれない領域の特徴の重みを、前記欠損画像領域における特徴の重みよりも高く設定し、前記設定された重みを用いて、前記対象物体の形状モデルの特徴と前記距離画像上の前記対象物体の特徴とを対応づけることを特徴とする請求項１または２に記載の位置姿勢計測装置。
- 前記検出手段は、
距離画像上の特徴と前記形状モデル上の特徴との距離が最小となる組み合わせを、前記距離画像上の特徴の位置を示す情報と前記形状モデル上の特徴の位置を示す情報と、に基づき検出することを特徴とする請求項２に記載の位置姿勢計測装置。 - 前記距離画像上の特徴に対して距離が最小となる前記形状モデル上の特徴が、前記欠損モデル領域内に存在するか否かを判定する判定手段を更に備えることを特徴とする請求項５に記載の位置姿勢計測装置。
- 前記形状モデル上の特徴が前記欠損モデル領域内に存在すると前記判定手段により判定された場合に、前記検出手段により検出された、距離が最小となる前記距離画像上の特徴と前記形状モデル上の特徴との組み合わせを削除する補正手段を更に備えることを特徴とする請求項６に記載の位置姿勢計測装置。
- 前記導出手段は、前記補正手段による補正後の前記距離画像上の特徴と前記形状モデル上の特徴との距離が最小となる組み合わせにおいて、前記距離の総和を最小にする前記形状モデルの位置及び姿勢を、前記対象物体の位置及び姿勢の計測値として導出することを特徴とする請求項７に記載の位置姿勢計測装置。
- 位置姿勢計測装置の位置姿勢計測方法であって、
取得手段が、撮像手段により撮像された対象物体の距離画像を取得する取得工程と、
検出手段が、取得された前記距離画像のうち、前記撮像手段により距離値が計測されていない欠損画像領域を検出する検出工程と、
対応付け手段が、前記欠損画像領域を対応付けの対象から除外して、前記対象物体の形状モデルの特徴と前記距離画像上の前記対象物体の特徴とを対応づける対応付け工程と、
導出手段が、前記対応付けの結果から求められる前記形状モデルの特徴と前記距離画像上の前記対象物体の特徴との間の距離を用いて、前記対象物体の位置姿勢を導出する導出工程と、
を有することを特徴とする位置姿勢計測方法。 - コンピュータを請求項１乃至８のいずれか１項に記載の位置姿勢計測装置の各手段として機能させるためのプログラム。
- 請求項１０に記載のプログラムを記憶したコンピュータにより読み取り可能な記憶媒体。
