Abstract
【解決手段】円筒形状をなす本体ケーシング12内に圧縮機と燃焼器15とタービン16が収容されて構成され、本体ケーシング12における動翼34の外周側に厚肉部52を設け、この厚肉部52内に圧縮機14で圧縮された圧縮空気を流通させて冷却する冷却通路53を設けると共に、この冷却通路53を流通した圧縮空気を燃焼ガス通路Aに排出する排出通路55を設ける。

Claims (7)
- 円筒形状をなすケーシング内に圧縮機と燃焼器とタービンが収容されて構成される航空用ガスタービンにおいて、
前記ケーシングにおける動翼の外周側に設けられる厚肉部と、
該厚肉部内に設けられて前記圧縮機で圧縮された圧縮空気を流通させて冷却する冷却通路と、
該冷却通路を流通した圧縮空気を燃焼ガス通路に排出する排出通路と、
を設ける、
ことを特徴とする航空用ガスタービン。 - 前記冷却通路は、一端が前記燃焼器における圧縮空気の吸入部に開口することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の航空用ガスタービン。
- 前記ケーシングは、本体ケーシングと該本体ケーシングの内側に位置するシュラウドとを有し、前記本体ケーシングと前記シュラウドとの間に前記排出通路が設けられ、前記冷却通路は、他端部が前記排出通路に開口し、該排出通路は、前記シュラウドに設けられる開口を介して前記燃焼ガス通路に連通することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の航空用ガスタービン。
- 前記排出通路は、前記冷却通路を流通した圧縮空気を前記燃焼ガス通路における静翼の上流側に排出することを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一つに記載の航空用ガスタービン。
- 前記冷却通路は、前記ケーシングの厚肉部にタービンロータの軸芯方向に沿って設けられると共に、周方向に等間隔で複数配置されることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一つに記載の航空用ガスタービン。
- 前記冷却通路は、サーペンタイン形状をなすことを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一つに記載の航空用ガスタービン。
- 前記冷却通路は、前記ケーシングの厚肉部に設けられるキャビティと、圧縮空気を該キャビティに流入する複数の入口通路と、前記キャビティ内の圧縮空気を前記排出通路に流出する複数の出口通路とを有することを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか一つに記載の航空用ガスタービン。
