Abstract
【解決手段】被測定電流からの誘導磁界の印加により抵抗値が変化する磁気検出素子と、磁気検出素子の近傍に配置された磁気コアと、誘電磁界を弱める磁界を発生するコイルと、を具備し、コイルには磁気検出素子の出力電圧の所定の範囲内である一定レベルの電流が流れ、磁気検出素子の出力電圧に基づいて被測定電流の検出が行われる構成とする。

Description
次に、上述した電流センサをバッテリーの充放電制御に使用してバッテリーのマネジメントを行う場合(バッテリーマネジメントシステム)について説明する。

Claims (6)
- 被測定電流からの誘導磁界の印加により抵抗値が変化する磁気検出素子と、
前記磁気検出素子の近傍に配置された磁気コアと、
前記誘電磁界を弱める磁界を発生するコイルと、を具備し、
前記コイルには前記磁気検出素子の出力電圧の所定の範囲内である一定レベルの電流が流れ、前記磁気検出素子の出力電圧に基づいて前記被測定電流の検出が行われることを特徴とする電流センサ。 - 前記磁気検出素子の出力電圧が所定の範囲をこえた際に、前記一定レベルの電流が段階的に変化して、前記出力電圧が前記所定の範囲内に保持されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電流センサ。
- 前記磁気検出素子の出力電圧を監視する信号処理部と、前記磁気検出素子の出力電圧が所定の範囲をこえた際に、前記信号処理部からの信号に基づいて前記コイルに流れる電流値を段階的に変化させて前記出力電圧を前記所定の範囲に保持する電流制御部と、をさらに有する請求項1又は請求項2に記載の電流センサ。
- 前記磁気検出素子が磁気抵抗効果素子であることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれかに記載の電流センサ。
- 前記磁気検出素子の出力電圧の変化度合に応じて、前記コイルに流れる電流値を決定することを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4のいずれかに記載の電流センサ。
- 請求項1から請求項5のいずれかに記載の電流センサが設けられたバッテリー。
