Abstract
【解決手段】透光性基板からなる基板1と、基板1の一表面側に形成された有機太陽電池素子2と、有機太陽電池素子2を覆う形で基板1の上記一表面側に形成された表面保護層3とを備えている。有機太陽電池素子2は、基板1の上記一表面側に形成された正電極(第1の電極)21と、正電極21上に形成されたホール輸送層22と、ホール輸送層22上に形成され太陽光を吸収して発電する発電層(光電変換層)である混合層23と、混合層23上に形成された電子輸送層24と、電子輸送層24上に形成された凹凸界面形成用電子輸送層25と、凹凸界面形成用電子輸送層25上に形成された負電極(第2の電極)26とを備えている。

Claims (3)
- ホールを収集する第1の電極と電子を収集する第2の電極との間に、電子供与性半導体と電子吸引性半導体との混合層を有する有機太陽電池であって、混合層と第2の電極との間に、第2の電極との接触界面に凹凸を有する電子輸送層からなる凹凸界面形成用電子輸送性層を設けてなることを特徴とする有機太陽電池。
- 前記凹凸界面形成用電子輸送性層は、前記混合層における前記第2の電極側に形成された複数のドーム状もしくはドット状の凸状体からなること特徴とする請求項1記載の有機太陽電池。
- 前記凸状体は、高さが4nm〜6nm、平均径が80nm〜120nmのドーム状に形成されてなることを特徴とする請求項2記載の有機太陽電池。
