Abstract
【解決手段】溶着予定領域Rに沿ってレーザ光L1を照射してガラス層3を溶融させる際、第1の入熱量を有するレーザ光L1を溶着予定領域Rに沿って照射することでガラス層3を溶融させ、レーザ光L1の進行方向と略直交する方向におけるガラス層3の溶融率が所定値を越えたときに入熱量を切り替えて、第1の入熱量よりも少ない第2の入熱量を有するレーザ光L1を溶着予定領域Rに沿って照射して、ガラス部材4にガラス層3を定着させる。これにより、ガラス層3が入熱過多の状態となることが抑止され、焼付け時におけるガラス層3の結晶化が抑止される。

Claims (6)
- 第1のガラス部材にガラス層を定着させるガラス層定着方法であって、
ガラス粉、レーザ光吸収材、有機溶剤及びバインダを含むペースト層から前記有機溶剤及び前記バインダが除去されることにより形成された前記ガラス層を、溶着予定領域に沿うように前記第1のガラス部材に配置する工程と、
第1の入熱量を有する第1のレーザ光を前記溶着予定領域に沿って照射することにより前記ガラス層を溶融させ、前記第1のレーザ光の進行方向と交差する方向における前記ガラス層の溶融率が所定値を越えたときに、前記第1の入熱量から前記第1の入熱量よりも少ない第2の入熱量に切り替えて、前記第2の入熱量を有する前記第1のレーザ光を前記溶着予定領域に沿って照射することにより前記ガラス層を溶融させ、前記第1のガラス部材に前記ガラス層を定着させる工程と、を含むことを特徴とするガラス層定着方法。 - 前記第1のレーザ光の照射パワーを低下させることにより、前記第1の入熱量から前記第2の入熱量に切り替えることを特徴とする請求項1記載のガラス層定着方法。
- 前記ガラス層に対する前記第1のレーザ光の進行速度を上昇させることにより、前記第1の入熱量から前記第2の入熱量に切り替えることを特徴とする請求項1記載のガラス層定着方法。
- 前記第1のレーザ光の照射開始から所定時間経過したときに、前記第1の入熱量から前記第2の入熱量に切り替えることを特徴とする請求項1記載のガラス層定着方法。
- 前記ガラス層から放射される熱輻射光の強度が所定値まで上昇したときに、前記第1の入熱量から前記第2の入熱量に切り替えることを特徴とする請求項1記載のガラス層定着方法。
- 前記ガラス層で反射された前記第1のレーザ光の反射光の強度が所定値まで低下したときに、前記第1の入熱量から前記第2の入熱量に切り替えることを特徴とする請求項1記載のガラス層定着方法。
