Description
Claims (5)
- 第1のガラス部材にガラス層を定着させるガラス層定着方法であって、
ガラス粉、レーザ光吸収材、有機溶剤及びバインダを含むペースト層から前記有機溶剤及び前記バインダが除去されることにより形成された前記ガラス層を、溶着予定領域に沿うように前記第1のガラス部材と熱伝導体との間に配置する工程と、
前記熱伝導体をヒートシンクとして前記溶着予定領域に沿って第1のレーザ光を照射することにより、前記第1のガラス部材と前記熱伝導体との間に配置された前記ガラス層を溶融させ、前記第1のガラス部材に前記ガラス層を定着させる工程と、を含むことを特徴とするガラス層定着方法。 - 前記熱伝導体の熱伝導率は、前記ガラス粉の熱伝導率よりも高いことを特徴とする請求項1記載のガラス層定着方法。
- 前記熱伝導体の熱伝導率は、前記第1のガラス部材の熱伝導率よりも高いことを特徴とする請求項2記載のガラス層定着方法。
- 前記ガラス粉と前記熱伝導体との線膨張係数の差は、前記ガラス粉と前記第1のガラス部材との線膨張係数の差よりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項記載のガラス層定着方法。
- 前記第1のレーザ光は、前記第1のガラス部材側から前記ガラス層に照射されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項記載のガラス層定着方法。
