Abstract
【解決手段】相対的に回転可能な軸部材A及び支持部材Bの摺動面間に潤滑油Cが供給される軸部材Aのすべり支持構造において、軸部材Aと支持部材Bとの荷重集中部位(EからF)に対応する摺動面部位を挟む潤滑油の流れ方向の上流側(DからE)及び下流側(FからG)の摺動面領域に、他よりも撥油性の高い領域が設けられている。

Description
相対的に回転可能な軸部材及び支持部材の摺動面間に潤滑油が供給される軸部材のすべり支持構造において、
前記軸部材と前記支持部材との荷重集中部位に対応する摺動面部位を挟む潤滑油の流れ方向の上流側及び下流側の摺動面領域に、他よりも撥油性の高い領域が設けられていることを特徴とする。

Claims (7)
- 相対的に回転可能な軸部材及び支持部材の摺動面間に潤滑油が供給される軸部材のすべり支持構造において、
前記軸部材と前記支持部材との荷重集中部位に対応する摺動面部位を挟み潤滑油の流れ方向の上流側及び下流側の摺動面領域に、他よりも撥油性の高い領域が設けられていることを特徴とする軸部材のすべり支持構造。 - 前記荷重集中部位に対応する摺動面部位には非撥油処理が施されて非撥油性面に形成されると共に、前記撥油性の高い領域には撥油処理が施されて撥油性面に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の軸部材のすべり支持構造。
- 前記支持部材の撥油性面は、該支持部材の軸方向両端を除いて形成されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の軸部材のすべり支持構造。
- 前記軸部材はクランクシャフト又はカムシャフトのメインジャーナル、前記支持部材はジャーナルベアリングであり、前記撥油性面がジャーナルベアリングの摺動面に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の軸部材のすべり支持構造。
- 前記ジャーナルベアリングにおける前記撥油性面に挟まれた摺動面部位は、前記メインジャーナル及び前記ジャーナルベアリング間の最小潤滑油膜厚位置にあることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の軸部材のすべり支持構造。
- 前記軸部材は、フルフローティング形式でピストン及びコネクティングロッドに連結されたピストンピン、前記支持部材は該ピストンのピンボスであって、前記撥油性面が該ピンボスの摺動面に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の軸部材のすべり支持構造。
- 前記ピンボスの摺動面における前記撥油性面に挟まれた摺動面部位は、前記ピストン及びピンボスの中心軸線を含む平面方向位置にあることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の軸部材のすべり支持構造。
