Claims (2)
- 軸受合金の表面に、ポリアミドイミド樹脂、ポリベンゾイミダゾール樹脂、又はポリイミド樹脂のいずれか1種以上をベース樹脂とする樹脂層を被膜形成したすべり軸受において、
前記樹脂層に、平均粒子径が0.05〜0.7μmの膜強度調整粒子を3〜15体積%添加し、前記樹脂層内に発生するせん断応力を前記膜強度調整粒子同士が近接する断面積が小さい樹脂ネック部で破断して微小せん断片が発生する摩耗形態としたことを特徴とするすべり軸受。 - 前記樹脂層に、二硫化モリブデン、グラファイト、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン樹脂のいずれか1種以上の固体潤滑剤を25〜55体積%添加することを特徴とする請求項1記載のすべり軸受。
