Claims (3)
- 鋼裏金上に形成され且つ軸を構成する金属と異なる金属からなる軸受合金の表面に絶縁性を有する樹脂からなる樹脂層を被膜形成した内燃機関用のすべり軸受において、
前記樹脂層の膜厚を10〜50μmに形成するとともに、前記樹脂層に、平均粒子径が前記樹脂層の膜厚の15〜45%となるカーボン系粒子を10〜40体積%添加することにより、前記樹脂層が絶縁性を維持しながらも当該樹脂層の表面の全面に分散した前記カーボン系粒子と前記軸との間に微少放電を発生させることを特徴とするすべり軸受。 - 前記樹脂層の絶縁性を有する樹脂が、ポリアミドイミド樹脂、ポリベンゾイミダゾール樹脂、又はポリイミド樹脂のいずれかであることを特徴とする請求項1記載のすべり軸受。
- 前記樹脂層に、二硫化モリブデン及び/又は二硫化タングステンを20〜45体積%添加することを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2記載のすべり軸受。
