Abstract
【解決手段】 裏金3の表面に接合された銅系合金又はアルミニウム系合金等の軸受合金層1の表面に樹脂層2を設けたすべり軸受において、樹脂層2は、耐熱性樹脂を主成分とし、平均粒子径が樹脂層厚さの15〜45%のカーボン系粒子を10〜40体積%含有する構成としたことにより、樹脂層が絶縁性を維持しながらも、放電現象が樹脂層2表面の全面に分散し、樹脂層2が局部的に高温となるのを防ぐことができる。

Claims (3)
- 軸受合金の表面に樹脂層を被膜形成したすべり軸受において、
前記樹脂層に、平均粒子径が前記樹脂層の膜厚の15〜45%となるカーボン系粒子を10〜40体積%添加したことを特徴とするすべり軸受。 - 前記樹脂層の樹脂が、ポリアミドイミド樹脂、ポリベンゾイミダゾール樹脂、又はポリイミド樹脂のいずれかであることを特徴とする請求項1記載のすべり軸受。
- 前記樹脂層に、二硫化モリブデン及び/又は二硫化タングステンを20〜45体積%添加することを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2記載のすべり軸受。
