Abstract

Claims (10)
- タイヤへの電子装置の取付方法において、
タイヤキャビティを規定する内方に面したタイヤ表面に取り付けられるように構成された外方面を備えた多孔質インサート部材に、あらかじめ選択された位置で電子装置を装着し、部分組立体を形成することと、
前記内方に面したタイヤ表面に、動作可能な位置で前記部分組立体を取り付けることと、
を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記電子装置が、側面と、前記あらかじめ選択された位置で前記多孔質インサート部材に覆われていない外方面であって、前記部分組立体が前記動作可能な位置で前記内方に面したタイヤ表面に取り付けられた状態で前記タイヤキャビティに露出した外方面と、を有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記あらかじめ選択された位置で、前記多孔質インサート部材内に前記電子装置を埋め込むことをさらに含む、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記多孔質インサート部材の対向する隆起領域の間に位置する凹部内に、前記電子装置の前記側面が前記多孔質インサート部材の前記隆起領域に隣接するように、前記電子装置を配置することをさらに含む、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記電子装置の露出した前記外方面が、前記多孔質インサート部材の前記隆起領域の隆起した先端からずれて凹んだ位置にある、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記部分組立体を前記内方に面したタイヤ表面に取り付ける前に、サイズ設定された開口から前記多孔質インサート部材内に、前記あらかじめ選択された位置で前記電子装置を押し入れることをさらに含む、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記多孔質インサート部材が、多孔質の細長いストリップを有し、
前記多孔質インサート部材をロールにすることであって、前記電子装置が、前記部分組立体の搬送中に前記あらかじめ選択された位置で前記ロールの自由端に近接して位置するように、ロールにすることをさらに含む、請求項6に記載の方法。 - 前記電子装置が、側面と、前記あらかじめ選択された位置で前記多孔質インサート部材に覆われていない外方面であって、前記部分組立体が前記動作可能な位置で前記内方に面したタイヤ表面に取り付けられた状態で前記タイヤキャビティに対して露出した外方面と、を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記多孔質インサート部材の対向する隆起領域の間に位置する凹部内に、前記電子装置の前記側面が前記多孔質インサート部材の前記隆起領域に隣接するように、前記電子装置を配置することをさらに含み、
前記電子装置の露出した前記外方面が、前記多孔質インサート部材の前記隆起領域の隆起した先端からずれて凹んだ位置にある、請求項8に記載の方法。 - 前記部分組立体を前記内方に面したタイヤ表面に取り付ける前に、所定サイズの開口から前記多孔質インサート部材内に、前記あらかじめ選択された位置で前記電子装置を押し入れることをさらに含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
