Abstract
【解決手段】。
スロットが形成されたガイドが水平荷重や垂直荷重を吸収して、駆動モーター(アクチュエータまたはギヤボックス)に直接伝達される衝撃を減少させる。制御アームは、駆動モーターの回転運動を移動部材の変化運動に変換し作動効率を向上させる。また、駆動モーターやギヤボックスを構成するベアリングやギヤの耐久性及び安定性が向上し、製作費用が減少し設計自由度も増加することを特徴とする。

Description
このようなAGCSは、車両が旋回する際のセンシング信号を電気的に受信して、アクチュエーターの駆動によって後輪のトー角を制御して、安定した旋回走行が行われるようにする。
同時に、耐久性を高め、組み立て構造を堅固にして、前記アクチュエーター31を堅固に固定させるためには、その製造原価が増加するという問題点がある。

Claims (7)
- 一側に車輪(wheel)が装着されて、前記車輪の動きをガイドするアシストリンク、
前記アシストリンクの他の一側に固定された移動部材、
前記移動部材が装着されて、移動部材の動きをガイドするようにスロットが形成されたガイド、
前記ガイドが固定されるように車体に固定されたボディー、及び
前記スロットに沿って前記移動部材を動かして、前記アシストリンクの位置を変化させることによって、前記車輪の設定角を変化させる駆動部を含むことを特徴とするアクティブジオメトリーコントロールサスペンション。 - 前記駆動部は、
前記ガイドに回転可能に固定された駆動軸、
前記駆動軸の外側面から伸びて、その端部が前記移動部材に連結ピンによって連結された制御アーム(manipulator)、及び
前記スロットに沿って前記移動部材を動かすために、前記駆動軸を回転させるように前記ボディーに装着された駆動モーター、を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアクティブジオメトリーコントロールサスペンション。 - 前記ガイドに形成された前記スロットは、前記駆動軸を基準にして設定された曲率半径を有することを特徴とする請求項2に記載のアクティブジオメトリーコントロールサスペンション。
- 前記駆動モーター及び前記駆動軸の間には減速ギヤが配置されて、前記駆動モーターの回転トルクを高めることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のアクティブジオメトリーコントロールサスペンション。
- 前記駆動軸は、
前後方向に配置されて、前記ボディーに回転可能に固定装着され、前記スロットは、上下方向に形成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のアクティブジオメトリーコントロールサスペンション。 - 車体に連結される固定ブラケットが前記ガイドの上端部に備えられることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のアクティブジオメトリーコントロールサスペンション。
- 前記設定角はトーイン角であることを特徴とし、直進時には前記トーイン角を減少させ、旋回時には前記トーイン角を増加させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアクティブジオメトリーコントロールサスペンション。
