Description

第４のギア３８は、一方の片側に平歯車３８ａが形成されている。また、第４のギア３８は、他方の片側に第３のギア３６に嵌合するフランジ３８ｂとクラッチスプリング３７のＣ字の切り欠き部に嵌合する凸部３８ｃとが形成されている。これら第４のギア３８の平歯車３８ａ、フランジ３８ｂおよび凸部３８ｃとは一体で形成されている。
第３のギア３６と第４のギア３８との間に発生するトルクが所定のトルクより小さい場合には、第３のギア３６および第４のギア３８は一体的に回転する。一方、第３のギア３６と第４のギア３８との間に発生するトルクが所定のトルク以上となる場合には、第３のギア３６とクラッチスプリング３７とが滑り出し、第３のギア３６が回動しても第４のギア３８が空転して、第３のギア３６の回転が伝達されないようになっている。なお、クラッチスプリング３７のＣ字形状、板厚および材料の設定が管理されていて、これらの設定を変更することで、滑り出すトルクを変更することができる。
