Abstract

本出願は、2004年4月22日に出願された米国仮出願第60/564,723号の「高性能冷媒式蓄熱冷却システムにおける冷却剤管理のための混合相流量調節器」に基づき、その利益を主張するものである。その全ての開示内容はここに引用として組み込まれる。
Claims (4)
- 冷媒の圧力制御および流量調節を行う閉鎖システムであって、
冷媒入口、第1の第1チャンバ出口および第2の第1チャンバ出口を有し、前記冷媒入口を介して流入する高圧冷媒を受けて、前記流入した冷媒を前記第1の第1チャンバ出口および前記第2の第1チャンバ出口に分配する第1チャンバと、
前記第1の第1チャンバ出口に連通して流体を通す第2チャンバ入口と、第2チャンバ出口とを有し、前記流入した冷媒を前記第1の第1チャンバ出口から第1の第3チャンバ入口へと流動させる第2チャンバと、
前記第2チャンバ出口に連通して流体を通す前記第1の第3チャンバ入口、前記第2の第1チャンバ出口に連通して流体を通す第2の第3チャンバ入口、および冷媒出口を有し、前記第2チャンバ出口からの冷媒と、前記第2の第1チャンバ出口からの定量冷媒とを受けてこれらを混合し、低圧冷媒を生成して送出する第3チャンバとを備えることを特徴とする閉鎖システム。 - 請求項1のシステムにおいて、
前記冷媒は過フッ化炭化水素であることを特徴とするシステム。 - 請求項1のシステムにおいて、
前記冷媒は天然由来の冷媒であることを特徴とするシステム。 - 冷媒の圧力制御および流量調節を行う方法であって、
前記冷媒の相に対応して、高圧の第1チャンバから中圧の第2チャンバへのフローを形成し、前記第1チャンバから低圧の第3チャンバへのフローを調節するバルブを用いて、前記第1チャンバを、前記第2チャンバおよび前記第3チャンバから分離する工程と、
前記第1チャンバの冷媒入口で高圧冷媒を受け取る工程と、
前記第1チャンバと前記第2チャンバとの間に正差圧がある時に、前記第1チャンバからの前記高圧冷媒の第1の部分を前記第2チャンバで受け取ることによって、前記第2チャンバ中の前記高圧冷媒の圧力を低下させて中圧冷媒を生成する工程と、
前記第2チャンバと前記第3チャンバとの間に正差圧がある時に、前記第2チャンバからの前記中圧冷媒を前記第3チャンバで受け取ることによって、前記第3チャンバ中の中圧冷媒の圧力を低下させて第1低圧冷媒を生成する工程と、
前記第1チャンバと前記第3チャンバとの間に正差圧がある時に、前記第1チャンバからの前記高圧冷媒の定量部分を前記第3チャンバで受け取ることによって、前記第3チャンバ中の前記高圧冷媒の圧力を低下させて第2低圧冷媒を生成する工程と、
前記第3チャンバ中の前記第1低圧冷媒と前記第2低圧冷媒とを混合して、低圧冷媒を生成して送出する工程をさらに備えることを特徴とする方法。
