Abstract
【解決手段】ハウジング40に穿設された断面円形の液体通路48の開口端部42を閉鎖する詰栓構造において、円柱部52の端部に環状鍔部54が形成されハウジングより変形抵抗が小さいか等しいプラグ44と、開後端部の環状鍔部の外周近傍部分が、環状鍔部の端面と当接する当接面の周縁部に環状鍔部を包囲するようにかしめ工具56の環状尖頭部58によってかしめられることによって、環状鍔部の下面に圧着するように変形された開口端部の鍔圧着部62と、同かしめによって、液体通路が縮径変形してプラグの円柱部が鼓状に変形した縮径部60と、かしめによって、環状鍔部の周縁が鍔圧着部と圧着するように押圧変形された周縁変形部64とを備えること。

Claims (1)
- ハウジングに穿設された断面円形の液体通路の開口端部を閉鎖する詰栓構造において、
円柱部の端部に環状鍔部が形成され前記ハウジングより変形抵抗が小さいか等しいプラグと、
前記円柱部が前記液体通路に嵌合し、前記環状鍔部が前記開口端部と係合した状態で、前記開口端部の前記環状鍔部の外周近傍部分が、前記環状鍔部の端面と当接する当接面の周縁部に前記環状鍔部を包囲するように突設されたかしめ工具の環状尖頭部によってかしめられることによって、前記環状鍔部の下面に圧着するように変形された前記開口端部の鍔圧着部と、
前記かしめられることによって、前記液体通路が縮径変形して前記プラグの円柱部が鼓状に変形した縮径部と、
前記かしめられることによって、前記環状鍔部の周縁が前記鍔圧着部と圧着するように押圧変形された周縁変形部と、
を備えることを特徴とする詰詮構造。
