Claims (30)
- 産業プロセス制御又は監視システムの2線式プロセス制御ループに接続する診断フィールド機器であって、
前記2線式プロセス制御ループに接続され、診断機器の回路に電力出力を与え、該診断回路に前記2線式プロセス制御ループから受信した電力で電力供給する電力供給回路と、
前記2線式プロセス制御ループからデジタル通信信号を受信するよう構成されたデジタル通信監視回路と、
タイミング出力を与えるよう構成されたタイミング回路と、
前記デジタル通信信号および前記タイミング出力とに基づいて前記2線式プロセス制御ループの動作を診断するよう構成された診断回路とを備えることを特徴とする機器。 - 前記診断回路からの診断出力を蓄積するよう構成されたメモリを含む請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記デジタル通信監視回路がLAS(リンクアクティブスケジューラ)からの送信信号を監視して前記デジタル通信信号を与えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記診断フィールド機器が送信機として機能するよう構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記プロセス制御ループがフィールドバス標準に従って動作することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記診断回路が前記2線式通信制御ループの動作を診断するのに必要な応答時間を監視することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記応答時間が故障しているフィールド機器に関連づけられることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記診断回路がトークン保持時間を監視することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記診断回路が非アクティブ時間を監視することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記診断回路が波形のタイミングを監視することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記診断回路がスロット時間違反を監視することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記診断回路が期限切れデータの現れを監視することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記診断フィールド機器と制御室との間に本質安全バリアが配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記診断回路が前記デジタル通信信号と前記タイミング出力との間の関係の傾向を監視することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記診断回路がループ通信波形の振幅の増加を識別することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記診断回路が前記2線式プロセス制御ループの診断条件と時間情報とを関連づけるよう構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 産業プロセス制御ループ監視システムの2線式プロセス制御ループの動作を診断する方法であって、
前記2線式プロセス制御ループから電力および通信信号を受信する段階と、
前記2線式プロセス制御ループから受信した電力を用いて診断機器の回路に電力供給する段階と、
前記2線式プロセス制御ループから受信したデータとは実質的に独立なタイミング出力を提供する段階と、
受信したデジタル通信信号と前記タイミング出力とに基づいて前記2線式プロセス制御ループの動作を診断する段階とを備えることを特徴とする方法。 - メモリに診断出力を蓄積する段階を含むことを特徴とする請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記受信したデジタル通信信号がLAS(リンクアクティブスケジューラ)からの信号であることを特徴とする請求項17に記載の方法。
- フィールドバス標準に従って前記プロセス制御ループが動作することを特徴とする請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記診断する段階が応答時間に基づいていることを特徴とする請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記応答時間が故障しているフィールド機器に関連づけられることを特徴とする請求項21に記載の方法。
- 前記診断する段階がトークン保持時間に基づいていることを特徴とする請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記診断する段階が非アクティブ時間に基づいていることを特徴とする請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記診断する段階が波形のタイミングに基づいていることを特徴とする請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記診断する段階がスロット時間違反に基づいていることを特徴とする請求項17に記載の方法。
