Claims (8)
- 煮沸段階中の麦汁(2)から流出される蒸気が、麦汁釜(4)のスチーム側に連結されている精留塔(10)に流入し、該精留塔で精留される、ビール醸造中におけるフレーバー回収用方法において、
少なくとも一つのフレーバー含有蒸留物(17)が、蒸気(3)から回収されて、煮沸段階後の麦汁(2)に供給されることを特徴とする、方法。 - 前記フレーバー含有蒸留物(17)が、精留塔(10)を構成している少なくとも一つのカラムボトム(11)によって得られることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも一つの前記フレーバー含有蒸留物(17)が、少なくとも一つの弁(15)を通って煮沸段階後の麦汁(2)に供給されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも一つの前記フレーバー含有蒸留物(17)が、少なくとも一つの前記弁(15)の後に配置される少なくとも一つの好ましい低温貯留容器(16)の中に収容されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも一つの前記貯留容器(16)が、不活性ガスで充満されていることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 煮沸予定の麦汁(2)が、不連続的に又は連続的に麦汁釜(4)に供給されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法を実行するための装置であって、
麦汁釜(4)と、
前記麦汁釜の蒸気側に連結されており、少なくとも一つのカラムボトム(11)を備えている精留塔(10)と、
前記少なくとも一つのフレーバー含有蒸留物(17)を戻すための少なくとも一つの弁(15)と
を備えている装置。 - 前記麦汁釜(4)は、内部ボイラーであることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の装置。
