Claims (8)
- 特に加工応力に対抗する荷重受け構造を有する曲げマンドレルを備えたパイプ曲げ装置であって、
抽伸機(2)は前記パイプ曲げ装置の後部において固定され、マンドレルロッド(13)は長手軸(g)を伴って前記抽伸機から前記曲げ装置の前部を越えて延在し、ダイ(8)が設けられた曲げヘッド(7)はマンドレル(12)内に挿入された曲げられるパイプに牽引の合力によって応力を負荷し、前記合力は前記マンドレルロッド(13)に沿って、制限作用の合力を伴って反対に作用する前記抽伸機(2)に伝達されるパイプ曲げ装置において、
該パイプ曲げ装置は荷重受け構造(1;25;26)を具備し、該荷重受け構造は前記マンドレルロッド(13)の長手軸(g)内に収容されるような輪郭を備え、前記荷重受け構造(1;25;26)は主に圧縮応力を受けるようにされていることを特徴とする装置。 - 前記荷重受け構造(1)は角柱であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記荷重受け構造(25)は円形の横断面を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記荷重受け構造(26)は網状構造であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記荷重受け構造(1;25;26)は、前記ダイ(8)によって負荷される前記牽引の合力が前記横断面に慣性中心を通る方向を有するような慣性モーメントを持った横断面を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記荷重受け構造(1;25;26)は前部および後部支持要素(4、5)を介して床の上に静止していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記曲げヘッド(7)は、前記装置の長手方向を横断した土台上に静止したステップ(6)上に水平に配置されたガイド(10、10)上の前端においてスライド可能に組み付けられており、前記曲げヘッド(7)は前記荷重受け構造(1;25;26)の前部において突き当て部材(11)と接触していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記突き当て部材(11)は横方向スライドカップリングを形成していることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の装置。
