Claims (4)
- 長手軸線(L)に沿って延びる薄板(2)が少なくとも一つの側面領域(3)において曲げられ、曲げプレス(1)が少なくとも一つの力発生要素(5)と作用的に結合される二部材から成る少なくとも一つの曲げ工具を有し、そして曲げ工具の両部材(4a,4b)の間に作用して力発生要素(5)により発生された力が少なくとも一対の通しボルト(6)を介して伝達される、薄板(2)から管を製造する際に薄板(2)を曲げる曲げプレス(1)において、曲げ工具部材(4a,4b)、力発生要素(5)と通しボルト(6)が、移動方向においてこれら三部材の位置関係を一定とするユニットとして薄板(2)の長手軸線(L)を横切って、長手軸線(L)を横切って延びている少なくとも一対の支持体(7)上を移動自在に且つ固定可能に配置されており、一対の支持体(7)と一対の通しボルト(6)との固定された状態で反力を作用されるよう閉鎖されたフレームを形成することを特徴とする曲げプレス。
- 少なくとも二つの曲げ工具部材(4a,4b)は中心平面(8)に対して対称的に配置され得る力発生要素(5)と通しボルト(6)を含めて設けられていて、曲げ工具部材(4a,4b)、力発生要素(5)と通しボルト(6)から成る二つのユニットが上梁(7a)と下梁(7b)から成る一つの支持体(7)に、支持体(7)と通しボルト(6)との固定された状態で反力を作用されるよう閉鎖されたフレームを形成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の曲げプレス。
- 通しボルト(6)の一つの端領域には、液圧式ピストン・シリンダ・システムとして形成された固定要素(11)が配置されていて、固定要素によって通しボルト(6)が支持体(7)と固定できることを特徴とする請求項1或いは2に記載の曲げプレス。
- 二つの曲げ工具部材(4a,4b)、二つの力発生要素(5)、二つの通しボルト(6)と、上梁(7a)と下梁(7b)から成る一つの支持体(7)とから成る複数のユニットは長手軸線(L)の方向において相前後して配置されていて、複数のユニットは長手軸線(L)の方向に延びている少なくとも一つの横支持体(12)によって互いに連結されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の曲げプレス。
