Claims (18)
- ターボエンジン、特にラジアルコンプレッサ、ラジアルエキスパンダ、フランシス水車、又はラジアルポンプもしくは遠心ポンプであって、
ハウジング(1)と、
軸線方向のディフューザ(2)と、
流体が流れる方向を軸線方向と径方向との間で転換させるためのインペラ(3)と、
スクロール又は収集室(4)と、
少なくとも部分的に前記ハウジングに受容されている軸線方向のディフューザインサート(5)と、
を有するターボエンジンにおいて、
前記ディフューザインサート(5)内には、スクロール輪郭又は収集室輪郭(6)が形成されており、前記スクロール輪郭又は前記収集室輪郭が、前記ハウジング(1)と共に、前記スクロール又は前記収集室(4)を画定していることを特徴とするターボエンジン。 - 前記ディフューザインサートが、前記ハウジングに取り外し可能に連結されていること、特にネジ止めされていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のターボエンジン。
- 前記スクロール輪郭が、前記ディフューザインサート内に切削加工によって形成されていること、特に前記ディフューザインサート内にフライス加工によって形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のターボエンジン。
- 前記ディフューザインサート及び/又は前記ハウジングが、変型の部分、特に鍛造物の部分として形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のターボエンジン。
- 前記ディフューザインサート及び/又は前記ハウジングが、原型の部分、特に鋳物の部分として形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のターボエンジン。
- 前記ディフューザインサート及び/又は前記ハウジングが、溶接部分として形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のターボエンジン。
- 前記ハウジングが、鉢状に形成されており、
前記ディフューザインサートが、前記ハウジングに流体漏れのないように連結されていることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のターボエンジン。 - 前記ディフューザインサートが、フランジ(7)を有しており、
前記ディフューザインサートが、前記フランジによって前記ハウジングに流体漏れのないように連結されていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のターボエンジン。 - 前記フランジが、前記ハウジングに取り外し可能に固定されていること、特にネジ止めされていることを特徴とする請求項8に記載のターボエンジン。
- 前記ディフューザインサート(5)が、前記ハウジングと共に前記ディフューザを形成することを特徴とする請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のターボエンジン。
- 前記ディフューザインサート(5)内には、前記軸線方向のディフューザ(2)を形成する吸入口インサート(8)が配置されていること、特に取り外し可能に固定されていることを特徴とする請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のターボエンジン。
- 前記ハウジング(1)内には、流体の流入もしくは流出のための開口部(9)が設けられており、
前記開口部が、前記スクロールに接続していることを特徴とする請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載のターボエンジン。 - 前記ハウジング及び/又は前記ディフューザインサート内に、静翼、特に前置静翼又は後置静翼のための軸受が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載のターボエンジン。
- 前記ハウジング内には、前記インペラのシャフト(11)のためのシール又は密閉された軸受が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載のターボエンジン。
- 前記流体が気体であり、且つ、前記ターボエンジンがラジアルコンプレッサ又はラジアルエキスパンダであることを特徴とする請求項1から14のいずれか一項に記載のターボエンジン。
- 前記流体が液体であり、且つ、前記ターボエンジンがフランシス水車又はスクロールハウジングポンプであることを特徴とする請求項1から14のいずれか一項に記載のターボエンジン。
- 前記ハウジング及び前記ディフューザインサートが、解除可能に互いに連結されていること、特にネジ止めされていることを特徴とする請求項1から16のいずれか一項に記載のターボエンジンを製造するための方法。
- 前記スクロール輪郭(6)が、前記ディフューザインサート(5)内にフライス加工によって設けられていることを特徴とする請求項17に記載の方法。
