Claims (1)
- フッ素化乳化剤の存在下で水相における1つ以上のフッ素化モノマーの乳化重合によるフルオロポリマーの製造方法であって、
該方法が、該乳化剤に対して約1:2〜約1:20の重量比でドーピング剤を添加する工程を含み、
該ドーピング剤が、30℃以下の融点及び少なくとも約100℃の沸点を有し、
(i)フッ素化環式炭化水素、
(ii)次式:
CF2=CF−(CF2)l−O(Ra fO)n(Rb fO)mRc f(I)
のフッ素化ポリオキシアルケン、
(iii)次式:
F3C−C(Rd f)=C(Re f)(Rf f)(II)
のフッ素化アルケン、
(iv)次式:
Rg f−O−Rh f−O−Ri f(III)
のフッ素化ポリオキシアルカン
(式中、
Ra f及びRb fが、3〜6個のC原子の異なるペルフルオロアルキレン基であり、
lが、0又は1であり、m及びnが、独立して0〜10であり、かつn+mが、>2又は>3であり、
Rc fが、1〜6個のC原子のペルフルオロアルキル基であり、
Rd f及びRe fが、独立して1〜6個のC原子のフッ素化アルキル基であり、
Rf fが、F又は1〜6個のC原子のフッ素化アルキル基であり、
Rg f及びRi fが、独立して2〜5個のC原子のフッ素化アルキル基であり、並びに、
Rh fが、2〜4個のC原子の分枝鎖完全フッ素化アルキレン基である)
からなる群から選択される、方法。
