Description
Claims (6)
- 希土類有機リン酸塩の有機溶媒中溶液を調製する方法であって、前記有機溶媒の存在下で、希土類の酸化物、水酸化物、炭酸塩およびヒドロキシ炭酸塩から選択される希土類化合物が有機リン含有酸と反応させられ、水、硝酸、塩酸、酢酸、蟻酸およびプロピオン酸から選択される促進剤およびこれらの酸の希土類塩の存在下で反応が実施されることを特徴とする方法。
- リン酸モノエステルまたはジエステル、ホスホン酸およびホスフィン酸から選択される有機リン含有酸が使用されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 炭化水素系溶媒、より特に脂肪族または環状脂肪族溶媒が使用されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- ネオジム、ランタン、プラセオジム、サマリウムおよびセリウムから選択される希土類元素の有機リン酸塩が調製されることを特徴とする、請求項1から3の一項に記載の方法。
- 希土類化合物と有機リン酸との反応が少なくとも60℃の温度で実施されることを特徴とする、請求項1から4の一項に記載の方法。
- 有機リン酸と反応させるための希土類化合物として酸化物が使用されることを特徴とする、請求項1から5の一項に記載の方法。
