Abstract
Description
(a)ポリアミドマトリックス;
(b)ノボラック樹脂;
(c)前記ポリアミドとの相容性を改善するための官能基を含まないポリオレフィン;及び
(d)前記ポリオレフィンと前記ポリアミドとの間の相容化のための添加剤(以下、「相容化剤」と言う)。
C=dc(d−da)/d(dc−da)
(ここで、Cは結晶度、dは測定された密度、daは非晶質相の密度、dcは所定温度における結晶相の密度である。)
・0.94〜0.97g/cm3の範囲の密度;
・450000〜4000000g/モルの範囲の分子量;
・0.1〜25g/10mmの範囲のISO規格1133(190℃、2.16kg)に従って測定したメルトフローインデックス(MFI);
・60〜80%の範囲の結晶度。
・PA−6:RHODIA社から入手したTECHNYL S 40(硫酸中で測定して粘度4);
・高密度ポリエチレン(HDPE):POLIMERI EUROPA社から入手したEraclene BB 76;
・ノボラック:RHEIN CHEMIE社から入手したRhenosin PR 95;
・PA−12:市販のパイプ;
・EVOH:NIPPON GOHSEI社から入手したSoarnol D2908;
・無水マレイン酸をグラフトさせた高密度ポリエチレン(HDPE):Chemtura社から入手したPolybond 3009。
・押出機の温度:230℃
・スクリュー速度:8rpm
・モータートルク:4.7アンペア
・押出出口圧力:2000psi(ポンド/平方インチ)
・真空:−0.2バール
Claims (15)
- (a)ポリアミドマトリックス;
(b)ノボラック樹脂;
(c)前記ポリアミドに対する相容性を改善するための官能基を含まないポリオレフィン5〜30重量%;
(d)前記ポリオレフィンと前記ポリアミドとの間の相容化剤:
を含み、高い流体遮断特性を有するポリアミド組成物。 - ノボラック樹脂(b)を0.1〜20重量%含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記ポリオレフィン(c)が0.910〜0.97g/cm3の範囲の密度を有することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の組成物。
- 前記ポリオレフィン(c)がポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ポリイソブチレン、ポリメチルペンテン、ポリイソプレン、並びにそれらのブレンド及び/又はコポリマーを含む群から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の組成物。
- 前記相容化剤(d)が少なくともポリオレフィン鎖とポリアミドに対する相容性を改善するための官能基とを含む化合物であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の組成物。
- 前記官能基が無水マレイン酸、カルボン酸、エステル、アクリル酸、メタクリル酸及びエポキシ基を含む群から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の組成物。
- 組成物の総重量に対して2〜20重量%の相容化剤(d)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の組成物。
- 前記ポリオレフィン(c)の重量に対して少なくとも30重量%の相容化剤(d)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の組成物。
- ノボラック樹脂、ポリアミドに対する相容性を改善するための官能基を含まないポリオレフィン及び該ポリオレフィンとポリアミドとの間の相容化剤を含む、ポリアミドマトリックス用の不透過性化系。
- 成分がポリアミドマトリックスに一緒に又は別々に添加されることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の不透過性化系。
- ポリアミドマトリックスの流体に対する不透過性を高めることにおいて又はそれと関連しての、ノボラック樹脂、ポリアミドに対する相容性を改善するための官能基を含まないポリオレフィン及び該ポリオレフィンとポリアミドとの間の相容化剤の使用。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の組成物を押出、型成形又は射出成形の内の少なくとも1の加工技術によって成形することによって得られた物品。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の組成物から作られた少なくとも1の材料を含む複合物品。
- 少なくとも1つの層が請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の組成物から成る多層物品であることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の複合物品。
- 少なくとも1つの層が請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の組成物から成ること、及び少なくとも1つの層がポリオレフィンを含む組成物から得られたことを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の多層複合物品。
