Claims (7)
- 通電可能な操作マグネットの起こり得る火災の危険を回避するための安全装置において、
ハウジング(76、82)内に収容された、コイル巻き線(16)が取り付けられた、少なくとも1つのスプール(14)と、
スプール(14)内で少なくとも部分的に案内される操作部分(20、36)と、
を有し、
火災の危険に有効に対処するために、操作マグネットが少なくとも部分的に、装置の積極的および/または受動的な安全手段が設けられている、
ことを特徴とする安全装置。 - 積極的な安全手段として、ナノ粒子の消火物質を含む、消火泡、消火ガスおよび、消火液のような、消火剤が設けられている、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の安全装置。
- −消火ガスとして、窒素が用いられ、窒素キャリアとしてメラミンまたはメラミンを含む作用化合物、
−水を放出するための消火液として、アルミニウムトリヒドロキシド(ATH)および/または水酸化マグネシウム(MDH)が、
−消火泡として、ポリリン酸アンモニウム(APP)、が使用され、
かつ
−ナノ粒子の消火物質として、ケイ酸塩および/またはグラファイト、が使用される、
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の安全装置。 - 受動的な安全手段として、難燃性の物質、および/または、操作マグネットのための早期の、非限界的な、不具合状況をもたらすための、ある種の破断を実現するための安全手段、が使用される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の安全装置。 - 受動的な安全手段として、
−リン酸アンモニウム(AP)
−ポリリン酸アンモニウム(APP)
−レゾルシノール−ビス−ディフェニルリン酸塩(PDR)
−赤リン(RP)
−トリ−n−ブチルリン酸塩(TBP)
−リン酸トリクレシル(TCP)
−リン酸トリフェニル(TPP)
のような物質が用いられ、
前記物質が、少なくとも部分的に、ハウジング(26)、スプール(14)、コイル巻き線(16)の絶縁、および/または、操作マグネットのハウジング用のプラスチック被覆(82)の構成部分で、
あることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の安全装置。 - 操作マグネット用のコイル巻き線(16)を実現するために、
電流を案内する、絶縁物によって被覆されたワイヤが用いられ、
前記絶縁物が、コイル巻き線(16)の電気的短絡による早期の不具合状況をもたらすために、起こり得る火災のための危機的温度に達する前の正しい時期に溶け切れる、絶縁クラスから選択されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の安全装置。 - それぞれの安全手段の使用によって、ヒューズのような、巻き線(16)を有する電流供給回路の付加的な電気的保護が省かれる、
ことを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の安全装置。
