Claims (7)
- 하우징(76, 82)내에 배열되며, 코일 권선(16)이 설치되는 적어도 하나의 코일 형성기(14)와, 적어도 부분적으로 상기 코일 형성기(14) 내에서 안내되는 작동 부분(20, 36)을 구비하는, 전류가 통과할 수 있는 작동 솔레노이드(solenoid) 내에서 발생할 수 있는 화재의 위험을 방지하기 위한 안전 장치로서,상기 작동 솔레노이드의 적어도 일부는 화재의 위험을 효과적으로 제거하기 위해 상기 안전 장치의 액티브(active) 및/또는 패시브(passive) 안전 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 안전 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 액티브 안전 수단으로서 나노입자 소화 물질을 포함하여 소화 발포체, 소화 가스 및 소화 액체 같은 소화 매체가 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 안전 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,- 소화 가스로서 질소가 사용되고, 멜라민(melamine) 또는 멜라민을 포함하는 액티브 콤파운드가 질소 캐리어(carrier)로서 사용되며,- 알루미늄 트리하이드록사이드(aluminium trihydroxide ; ATH) 및/또는 마그네슘 하이드록사이드(magnesium hydroxide ; MDH)가 물의 추출을 위한 소화 액체 로서 사용되고,- 암모늄 폴리포스페이트(ammonium polyphosphates ; APP)가 소화 발포체로서 사용되며,- 실리케이트(silicates) 및/또는 그라파이트(graphite)가 나노입자 소화 물질로서 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 안전 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,낮은 발화성 또는 방염성 물질이 패시브 안전 수단 및/또는 상기 작동 솔레노이드의 조기 비임계적 고장을 유발하는 취약점 형태를 제공하기 위한 안전 수단으로서 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 안전 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,- 암모늄 포스페이트(AP)- 암모늄 폴리포스페이트(APP)- 레조르시놀 비스-디페닐포스페이트(resorcinol bis-diphenylphosphate ; PDP)- 레드 포스포러스(red phosphorus ; RP)- 트리-n-부틸 포스페이트(tri-n-butyl phosphate ; TBP)- 트리크레실 포스페이트(tricresyl phosphate ; TCP)- 트리페닐 포스페이트(triphenyl phosphate ; TPP) 와 같은 물질들이 패시 브 안전 수단으로서 사용되며, 이들 물질들은 적어도 부분적으로 상기 하우징(26), 상기 코일 형성기(14), 상기 코일 권선(16)의 절연부 및/또는 상기 작동 솔레노이드의 하우징을 위한 플라스틱 압출 코팅(82)의 구성요소인 것을 특징으로 하는 안전 장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 작동 솔레노이드를 위한 상기 코일 권선(16)을 제공하기 위해 전류 전달 와이어가 사용되고, 상기 전류 전달 와이어는 상기 코일 권선(16)의 전기적 단락 회로에 의한 조기 고장을 발생시키기 위해, 화재가 발생할 수 있는 임계 온도에 도달하기 이전에 양호한 시간에 용융되는 유전체 부류로부터 선택되는 절연부에 의해 둘러싸여지는 것을 특징으로 하는 안전 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,안전 수단 각각의 사용으로 인해, 퓨즈 링크(fuse link)와 같은 상기 코일 권선(16)을 구비한 전력 공급 회로(57)의 부가적인 전기적 보호부가 불필요한 것을 특징으로 하는 안전 장치.
