Abstract
Description
− 下部は、ロータ、ステータおよび電子カードを備えかつ上にフィルタが載置される封止筐体からなり;および
− カバーがフィルタおよび機械的要素を取り囲み、かつスクリューナット接続によって封止筐体に取り付けられている。
− 下部は、ベースを備えかつベースプレートを備える一つの部分から成形されたほぼ円筒状の壁部と、この円筒状の壁部と封止式に組立てられ、上にフィルタが載置されかつ回転アクスルが封止式に差し込まれているカバーとを備える封止筐体からなる;および
− カバーがフィルタおよび機械的要素を取り囲み、スクリューナット接続を介して封止筐体に取り付けられている。
Claims (10)
- 液体タンクと、液体供給ラインと、ポンプと、フィルタと、前記ライン、ポンプおよびフィルタをパージ可能とする装置と、を備える液体供給システムであって、これらの要素がパージされたら、液体がこれらの要素に入り込まないようにする逆流防止装置を備える液体供給システムにおいて、
前記ポンプ、フィルタおよび逆流防止装置が小型モジュールに組み合わされ、前記フィルタが少なくとも部分的に前記ポンプを取り囲み、かつ前記逆流防止装置が、前記フィルタおよび少なくとも前記ポンプの一部を取り囲む共通ハウジングの一体部分であり、このハウジングが(少なくとも部分的に)、逆流防止装置として作用するようなジオメトリを有することを特徴とする液体供給システム。 - 前記ポンプが前記フィルタによって吸い上げることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記逆流防止装置がサイホン部のジオメトリを備え、前記要素(ライン、ポンプおよびフィルタ)をパージしてガスで満たしたら、この部分が、前記ポンプが始動するときに前記タンクから前記要素への液体の流れ込みのみを可能とするようにすることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のシステム。
- 前記ポンプが、機械的ポンプ要素および磁化ロータの双方に取り付けられた回転アクスルを備える回転ポンプであり、このロータが少なくとも1つの凹部を備え、その凹部を通って前記機械的ポンプ要素による前記流体の吸い込みがなされること、および前記フィルタが少なくとも前記機械的ポンプ要素を取り囲んでいることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記ポンプがステータおよび電子カードを備えること;前記共通ハウジングがカバーおよび下部を備えること;および
− 前記下部が、前記ロータ、前記ステータおよび前記電子カードを備える封止筐体で構成され、その上に前記フィルタが載置されていること;および
− 前記カバーが前記フィルタおよび前記機械的要素を取り囲み、かつスクリューナット接続によって前記封止筐体に取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のシステム。 - 前記カバーが、その下部に少なくとも1つの開口部を有するベル形状を有すること、およびその内側面と前記筐体/フィルタの外側面との間に、前記液体をその下部開口部によって吸い上げ可能である環状空洞部を形成するように位置決めされていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のシステム。
- 前記機械的ポンプ要素が少なくとも2つのギアを備えること、および前記ポンプの回転方向を逆転させることによって前記パージを行うことを特徴とする請求項4〜6のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のシステムに好適であり、かつポンプと、少なくとも部分的に前記ポンプを取り囲むフィルタと、前記フィルタおよび前記ポンプの少なくとも一部を取り囲む共通ハウジングの一体部分である逆流防止装置とを備えるモジュール。
- 請求項8に記載のモジュールを組み込む、水面下にあるベースプレートを備える液体タンクにおいて、
前記共通ハウジングがカバーおよび下部を備えること、および
− 前記下部が、ベースを装備しかつ前記ベースプレートを備える一つの部分から成形されたほぼ円筒状の壁部と、この円筒状の壁部に封止式に組立てられたカバーであって、上に前記フィルタが載置されかつ封止式に前記回転アクスルが差し込まれているカバーとを備える封止筐体で構成されていること;および
− 前記カバーが前記フィルタおよび前記機械的要素を取り囲み、かつスクリューナット接続によって前記封止筐体に取り付けられていることを特徴とする液体タンク。 - 水/尿素共晶溶液を使用するSCRシステム(車両の排ガスにおけるNOxの選択接触還元用システム)における請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のシステムまたは請求項8に記載のモジュールまたは請求項9に記載のタンクの使用。
