Claims (20)
- 試験サンプルにおける標的微生物の存在又は不存在を試験する方法であって、前記方法は、バクテリオファージ曝露サンプルを作成するために、前記標的微生物に付着可能な所定量のバクテリオファージを前記サンプルに組み合わせ、
前記バクテリオファージが前記微生物に感染するのに、前記バクテリオファージ曝露サンプルを十分量条件にし、
前記標的微生物の存在又は不存在を決定するバクテリオファージマーカーの存在又は不存在を検出するために、前記バクテリオファージ曝露サンプルをアッセイし、
前記標的微生物のバクテリオファージ増幅又は前記標的微生物に対するバクテリオファージ感度を向上させる物質と、前記バクテリオファージ及び前記標的微生物との結合を含有することを特徴とする。 - 前記微生物はバクテリアであり、前記アッセイは、前記サンプルにおける前記標的バクテリアの存在を示す前記バクテリオファージマーカーの検知を含む請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記物質は、バクテリアの毒性因子を抑制する請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記毒性因子は、有毒衝撃タンパク質である請求項3記載の方法。
- 前記物質は、脂肪酸化合物である請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記脂肪酸化合物は、ラウリル酸である請求項5記載の方法。
- 前記物質は、脂肪酸、共役脂肪酸、脂肪酸エステル及び脂肪酸アミドからなる群から選択される請求項5記載の方法。
- 前記物質は、ピルビン酸を含有する請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記物質は、ピルビン酸ナトリウムを含有する請求項8記載の方法。
- 潜在型交差反応の非標的微生物におけるファージ複製の抑制を更に含む請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記抑制は、サポートに付着する選択性結合試薬を使用する前記サンプルから、選択的に潜在交差反応バクテリアを取り除くことを含む請求項10記載の方法。
- 前記抑制は、潜在型交差反応バクテリアを選択的に破壊することを含む請求項10記載の方法。
- 試験されるサンプルにおける標的微生物の存在又は不存在を決定する培地であって、前記培地はバクテリオファージを含有し、更に、前記培地は、前記標的微生物における前記バクテリオファージの複製を促進させる、又は、前記標的微生物に対するバクテリオファージ感度を促進させる物質を含有することを特徴とする。
- 前記物質は、バクテリアの毒性因子を抑制する請求項13記載の培地。
- 前記毒性因子は、有毒衝撃タンパク質である請求項14記載の培地。
- 前記物質は、脂肪酸化合物である請求項13記載の培地。
- 前記脂肪酸化合物は、ラウリル酸である請求項16記載の培地。
- 前記物質は、脂肪酸、共役脂肪酸、脂肪酸エステル及び脂肪酸アミドからなる群から選択される請求項16記載の培地。
- 前記物質は、ピルビン酸を含有する請求項13記載の培地。
- 前記物質は、ピルビン酸ナトリウムを含有する請求項19記載の培地。
