Claims (7)
- フィルタを収容するフィルタハウジングであって、上記フィルタハウジングは該フィルタハウジングの第1の部分を通る第1の流路を提供するとともに該フィルタハウジングの第2の部分を通る第2の流路を提供する、フィルタハウジングと、
上記フィルタハウジング内に配置されたフィルタアセンブリであって、上記フィルタアセンブリは再生領域と回収領域を有する、フィルタハウジングと、
エネルギを上記フィルタアセンブリの上記再生領域に与えるように構成された超音波トランスデューサとを有するろ過装置。 - 上記フィルタアセンブリは、単一の構造を利用している請求項1のろ過装置。
- 上記フィルタアセンブリは、モジュール式の複数の部分からなる構造を利用している請求項1のろ過装置。
- 上記フィルタアセンブリの圧力低下を検出するための配置された第1の圧力センサと第2の圧力センサを有する請求項1のろ過装置。
- 上記フィルタアセンブリは、上記フィルタアセンブリの上記再生領域を保持する第1のサブアセンブリと上記フィルタアセンブリの上記回収領域を保持する第2のサブアセンブリを有し、
上記第1のサブアセンブリと上記第2のサブアセンブリの間の流体接続を二者択一的に開閉するバルブアセンブリを有する請求項1のろ過装置。 - 粒子状物質を含む第1の流れをフィルタアセンブリの再生領域と回収領域に通す工程であって、上記第1の流れは上記フィルタアセンブリを第1の流れ方向に通過する工程と、
上記再生領域で上記第1の流れから第1の量の粒子状物質を回収し、上記回収領域で上記第1の流れから第2の量の粒子を回収する工程と、
上記再生領域を通過する上記第1の流れを終了し、第2の流れを上記再生領域に第2の流れ方向に通す工程と、
上記再生領域に超音波エネルギを与えて上記第1の量の粒子状物質の一部を上記第2の流れに解放して粒子を含む第3の流れを形成する工程と、
上記第3の流れの一部を上記フィルタアセンブリの上記回収領域に上記第1の流れ方向に通し、上記回収領域で第3の量の粒子状物質を回収する工程と、
上記第3の流れを止め、上記再生領域と上記回収領域に上記第1の流れを再び通す工程を有するろ過方法。 - 粒子状物質を含む第1の流れをフィルタアセンブリの再生領域に通す工程であって、上記第1の流れは上記フィルタアセンブリを第1の流れ方向に通過する工程と、
上記再生領域で上記第1の流れから第1の量の粒子状物質を回収する工程と、
上記再生領域を通過する上記第1の流れを終了し、第2の流れを上記再生領域に第2の流れ方向に通す工程と、
上記再生領域に超音波エネルギを与えて上記第1の量の粒子状物質の一部を上記第2の流れに解放して粒子状物質を含む第3の流れを形成する工程と、
上記第3の流れを上記フィルタアセンブリの上記回収領域に上記第1の流れ方向に通し、上記回収領域で第2の量の粒子状物質を回収する工程と、
上記第3の流れを止め、上記再生領域に上記第1の流れを再び通す工程を有するろ過方法。
