Claims (10)
- 音響膜(14)と、
前記音響膜に搭載された圧電素子(12)と、
対向して配置された2つの弾性減衰素子(16a,16b)であって、前記2つの弾性減衰素子(16a,16b)間で、前記音響膜の周辺部(22)が挟んで支持される、2つの弾性減衰素子(16a,16b)と、
2つの表面(30a,30b)であって、前記2つの表面(30a,30b)間で、前記2つの弾性減衰素子が締付けられ、それにより、前記2つの弾性減衰素子が共に押され付けられる、2つの表面(30a,30b)を有するクランプ(28)とを備え、それにより、前記音響膜の前記周辺部が、前記2つの弾性減衰素子間に固定される変換器装置(10)。 - 前記クランプは実質的にU形状である請求項1に記載の変換器装置。
- 前記クランプは、前記音響膜と導波路(46)との間で音響通信を可能にする貫通開口(34)を備える請求項1又は2に記載の変換器装置。
- 前記変換器装置の残りを外部ベース(38,52)に取付けるための少なくとも1つのさらなる弾性減衰素子(36,48)をさらに備える請求項1から3までのいずれか一項に記載の変換器装置。
- 少なくとも1つのさらなる弾性減衰素子は、前記クランプ内の少なくとも1つの穴(34,50)に嵌合する請求項4に記載の変換器装置。
- 前記クランプは金属で作られる請求項1から5までのいずれか一項に記載の変換器装置。
- 前記音響膜の前記周辺部は前記音響膜の振動ノードを含む請求項1から6までのいずれか一項に記載の変換器装置。
- 前記対向する2つの弾性減衰素子はそれぞれ、凹所(18a,18b)を備え、前記2つの凹所は共に、前記音響膜の非支持部(24)を収容するためのキャビティ(26)を形成する請求項1から7までのいずれか一項に記載の変換器装置。
- 前記音響膜及び/又は前記圧電素子に接触する少なくとも1つの導電性ワイヤ(56a,56b)をさらに備え、前記導電性ワイヤ(56a,56b)の少なくとも1つのワイヤは、装置において前記弾性減衰素子間に挟まれる請求項1から8までのいずれか一項に記載の変換器装置。
- 音響膜(14)に搭載された圧電素子(12)を備える変換器装置(10)を組立てる方法であって、
2つの弾性減衰素子(16a,16b)間に前記音響膜を設置するステップであって、それにより、前記音響膜の周辺部(20)が、2つの弾性減衰素子(16a,16b)間で挟んで支持される、設置するステップと、
クランプ(28)の2つの表面(30a,30b)間に前記2つの弾性減衰素子を設置するステップであって、それにより、前記2つの弾性減衰素子は共に締付けられる、設置するステップとを含み、それにより、前記音響膜の前記周辺部が、前記2つの弾性減衰素子間に固定される方法。
