Claims (7)
- 音響センサ(1)において、
支持部材(2)と、
前記支持部材(2)の第1の側に配置されたダイヤフラムエレメント(3)と、
電気音響変換器(4)と、を有しており、
前記電気音響変換器(4)が、前記ダイヤフラムエレメント(3)の、前記支持部材(2)に面した側(4a)に配置されていて、前記ダイヤフラムエレメント(3)の少なくとも1つの領域を振動させるように、設計されており、
前記ダイヤフラムエレメント(3)が少なくとも1つの縁部領域(5)に保持領域(6)を有しており、該保持領域(6)が、前記支持部材(2)の方向に延在していて、前記支持部材(2)の部分領域(7)を把持していて、
前記支持部材の前記部分領域(7)が、ねじ溝(14)の少なくとも複数の区分を形成していて、前記ダイヤフラムエレメント(3)の前記保持領域(6)が、前記ねじ溝(14)内に係合するように形成された区分を有している
音響センサ(1)。 - 前記ダイヤフラムエレメント(3)が、少なくとも部分的に弾性的であって、前記ダイヤフラムエレメントの寸法は、前記保持領域(6)が把持する際に、前記ダイヤフラムエレメント(3)によって前記保持領域(6)と前記支持部材(2)との間に押圧力が発生するように、選定されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の音響センサ。 - 前記支持部材(2)が空洞(10)を有しており、該空洞(10)が、前記支持部材(2)の、前記ダイヤフラムにより張って覆われる側に配置されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の音響センサ。 - 前記支持部材(2)がプリント配線板である
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項記載の音響センサ。 - 前記支持部材(2)が、前記ダイヤフラム(3)とは反対側に、前記電気音響変換器(4)を励起するための電子回路(9)が配置されている受け部(8)を有している
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項記載の音響センサ。 - 前記ダイヤフラムエレメントの、前記支持部材(2)に面した側(4a)と前記支持部材(2)との間に、シールエレメント(11)が配置されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項記載の音響センサ。 - 前記支持部材(2)が前記保持領域内に空洞を有しており、該空洞内に前記シールエレメントが配置されている
ことを特徴とする請求項6記載の音響センサ。
