Claims (10)

  1. 単一の同時押出しされたポリマーシートを含む複数層ポリマー中間層であって、前記ポリマーシートは、
    ポリ(ビニルブチラール)を含む第一ポリマー層、
    ポリ(ビニルブチラール)を含む第二ポリマー層、
    ポリ(ビニルブチラール)を含む第三ポリマー層
    を含み、
    前記第二ポリマー層が、前記第一ポリマー層と前記第三ポリマー層の間に接触して配置され、
    前記第一ポリマー層の前記可塑化された熱可塑性ポリマー中の可塑剤の量が、前記第二ポリマー層の前記可塑化された熱可塑性ポリマー中の可塑剤の量より少なくとも2phr高く、
    前記第三ポリマー層の前記可塑化された熱可塑性ポリマー中の可塑剤の量が、前記第二ポリマー層の前記可塑化された熱可塑性ポリマー中の可塑剤の量より少なくとも2phr高く、および
    前記第二ポリマー層が、前記第一ポリマー層の前記可塑化された熱可塑性ポリマーおよび前記第三ポリマー層の前記可塑化された熱可塑性ポリマー各々の残留ヒドロキシル基含有量より少なくとも0.5重量%高い残留ヒドロキシル基含有量を有する、
    前記複数層ポリマー中間層。
  2. 前記第二ポリマー層が、前記第一ポリマー層の前記可塑化された熱可塑性ポリマーおよび前記第三ポリマー層の前記可塑化された熱可塑性ポリマー各々の残留ヒドロキシル基含有量より少なくとも2.0重量%高い残留ヒドロキシル基含有量を有する、請求項1に記載のポリマー中間層。
  3. 前記第二ポリマー層の引張り破断応力が180kg/cmより高く、前記第一ポリマー層および前記第三ポリマー層の引張り破断応力が230kg/cm未満であり、ならびに前記第二ポリマー層の引張り破断応力が、前記第一ポリマー層および前記第三ポリマー層の引張り破断応力より15kg/cmよりも大きい、請求項1に記載のポリマー中間層。
  4. 前記第二ポリマー層の引張り破断応力が、前記第一ポリマー層および前記第三ポリマー層の引張り破断応力より15kg/cmよりも大きい、請求項1に記載のポリマー中間層。
  5. 前記第一ポリマー層の前記可塑化された熱可塑性ポリマー中の可塑剤の量が、前記第二ポリマー層の前記可塑化された熱可塑性ポリマー中の可塑剤の量より少なくとも5phr高く、および前記第三ポリマー層の前記可塑化された熱可塑性ポリマー中の可塑剤の量が、前記第二ポリマー層の前記可塑化された熱可塑性ポリマー中の可塑剤の量より少なくとも5phr高い、請求項1に記載のポリマー層中間層。
  6. 剛性グレージング基板、
    複数層中間層
    を含む複数層グレージングパネルであって、前記複数層中間層は、
    ポリ(ビニルブチラール)を含む第一ポリマー層、
    ポリ(ビニルブチラール)を含む第二ポリマー層、
    ポリ(ビニルブチラール)を含む第三ポリマー層
    を含む単一の同時押出しされたポリマーシートを含み、
    前記第二ポリマー層が前記第一ポリマー層と前記第三ポリマー層の間に接触して配置され、
    前記第一ポリマー層の前記可塑化された熱可塑性ポリマー中の可塑剤の量が、前記第二ポリマー層の前記可塑化された熱可塑性ポリマー中の可塑剤の量より少なくとも2phr高く、
    前記第三ポリマー層の前記可塑化された熱可塑性ポリマー中の可塑剤の量が、前記第二ポリマー層の前記可塑化された熱可塑性ポリマー中の可塑剤の量より少なくとも2phr高く、
    前記第二ポリマー層が、前記第一ポリマー層の前記可塑化された熱可塑性ポリマーおよび前記第三ポリマー層の前記可塑化された熱可塑性ポリマー各々の残留ヒドロキシル基含有量より少なくとも0.5重量%高い残留ヒドロキシル基含有量を有し、および
    前記中間層が前記剛性グレージング基板に接触して配置されている、
    前記複数層グレージングパネル。
  7. 前記第二ポリマー層が、前記第一ポリマー層の前記可塑化された熱可塑性ポリマーおよび前記第三ポリマー層の前記可塑化された熱可塑性ポリマー各々の残留ヒドロキシル基含有量より少なくとも2.0重量%高い残留ヒドロキシル基含有量を有する、請求項6に記載のパネル。
  8. 前記第二ポリマー層の引張り破断応力が180kg/cmより高く、前記第一ポリマー層および前記第三ポリマー層の引張り破断応力が230kg/cm未満であり、ならびに前記第二ポリマー層の引張り破断応力が、前記第一ポリマー層および前記第三ポリマー層の引張り破断応力より15kg/cmよりも大きい、請求項6に記載のパネル。
  9. 前記第二ポリマー層の引張り破断応力が、前記第一ポリマー層および前記第三ポリマー層の引張り破断応力より15kg/cmよりも大きい、請求項7に記載のパネル。
  10. 前記第一ポリマー層の前記可塑化された熱可塑性ポリマー中の可塑剤の量が、前記第二ポリマー層の前記可塑化された熱可塑性ポリマー中の可塑剤の量より少なくとも5phr高く、および前記第三ポリマー層の前記可塑化された熱可塑性ポリマー中の可塑剤の量が、前記第二ポリマー層の前記可塑化された熱可塑性ポリマー中の可塑剤の量より少なくとも5phr高い、請求項6に記載のパネル。
