Description
Claims (19)
- パルプウェブが、板紙抄紙機のワイヤ上で、繊維ベースの紙料から形成され、前記ウェブが、加圧され乾燥されてボード層(3)になる、ボードを製造する方法であって、ポリマー(6)が前記紙料に組み込まれ、ボード層(3)になり、湿分を含有する前記ボード層を加熱して、ポリマーが溶融し且つそこに水蒸気の気泡が浸透して、前記層を多孔質にするようになされていることを特徴とする方法。
- ポリマー(6)の溶融粘度が少なくとも約15であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- ポリマー(6)が低密度ポリエチレン(LDPE)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 3層折り畳みボードの中間層が、ポリマーを用いることによって多孔質にされることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 加熱温度が約110から150℃であり、好ましくは約115から125℃であることを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ボードを、水蒸気の気泡を生成する加熱の前に湿らせることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 水蒸気の気泡を生成する加熱の前に、ボード(3)には、その両面にポリマーコーティング(4)を設けることを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- ボード(3)の少なくとも片面のコーティング(4)では、紙料に添加され且つボードを多孔質にする、ポリマー(6)と同じポリマーが使用されることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の方法。
- ボード(3)の少なくとも片面のコーティング(4)に使用されるポリマーが、紙料に添加され且つボード(3)を多孔質にするポリマー(6)よりも低い溶融粘度又は高い融点を有することを特徴とする、請求項7又は8に記載の方法。
- 加熱が、温風加熱又は赤外線若しくはマイクロ波放射線によって行われることを特徴とする、請求項1から9までのいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 繊維(5)には、ポリマー(6)がドープされ、非ドープ繊維と混合されること、及びこのように得られた繊維混合物を含む紙料が、ワイヤに供給されることを特徴とする、請求項1から10までのいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 完成したボードが巻き取られる前に、板紙抄紙機で細孔が生成されることを特徴とする、請求項1から11までのいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 飲用カップ(1)などの容器が、機械によって生成されたボードから形成され、そのボード層(3)は、ポリマー(6)を溶融し蒸気泡を発生させる加熱によって多孔質になることを特徴とする、請求項1から11までのいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- ボードの少なくとも1つのポリマー保持繊維層(3)が、ポリマー(6)内の水蒸気の気泡によって発生した空洞を含有することを特徴とする、請求項1から13までのいずれか一項に記載の方法によって製造されたボード。
- その両面がポリマーコーティング(4)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項14に記載のボード。
- 請求項14又は15に記載のボードを含むことを特徴とする、ボード容器。
- ボード飲用カップ(1)であることを特徴とする、請求項16に記載の容器。
- ボード層(3)を多孔質にするポリマー(6)が、より高い溶融粘度を有するポリマーを含み、カップの内面(4)が、前記より高い溶融粘度を有する同じポリマーを含み、カップの外面(4)が、より低い溶融粘度を有するポリマーを含むことを特徴とする、請求項17に記載の容器。
- カップの内面又は外面(4)には、ボード層(3)を多孔質にするポリマー(6)よりも低い溶融粘度又は高い融点を有するポリマーがコーティングされることを特徴とする、請求項17に記載の容器。
