Claims (10)
- 光信号を伝送することができる光ファイバに付帯するコンポーネントにおいて、前記コンポーネントが、
RFID素子、及び
視覚インジケータ、
を備え、
前記RFID素子が、外部RF信号を受信することができ、応答して電気信号を発生することができる、受動RFID素子であり、
前記視覚インジケータが第1の表示状態及び第2の表示状態を有し、前視覚インジケータが、該視覚インジケータに入力される電気信号に依存して前記第1の表示状態と前記第2の表示状態の間で変化することができ、前記視覚インジケータが、前記RFID素子と電気的に通じ、前記RFID素子による電力供給が可能であり、よって、前記RFID素子が前記外部RF信号を受信するときに、前記RFID素子が前記電気信号を発生し、前記電気信号を送り、前記電気信号によって前記視覚インジケータを前記第1の表示状態と前記第2の表示状態の間で変化させる、
ことを特徴とするコンポーネント。 - 前記RFID素子が、前記外部RF信号を受信するためのアンテナ並びに前記アンテナ及び前記視覚インジケータと電気的に通じる集積回路を有し、前記集積回路が、前記アンテナから入力を受取り、応答して前記視覚インジケータに前記電気信号を供給することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコンポーネント。
- 前記コンポーネントが、前記光ファイバの末端に接続可能な筐体を有するコネクタを含むことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のコンポーネント。
- 前記コンポーネントが、アダプタ、受信器、レセプタクル、波長マルチプレクサ、スプリッタ、ケーブルアセンブリ及びネットワークデバイスのソケットの内の少なくとも1つを含むことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のコンポーネント。
- 請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載のコンポーネントにおいて、前記コンポーネントが通信システムの一部であり、前記システムはRF信号の送信に基づいて前記システム内の個々の素子の識別を提供し、前記システムが、
複数の相互接続された通信素子、及び
複数のRFID素子、
を備え、前記RFID素子は前記複数の相互接続された通信素子の内の1つに取り付けられ、前記RFID素子は受動RFID素子であり、
RF信号を受信するためのアンテナ、
集積回路であって、前記RF信号が前記集積回路に関係付けられた識別標識を含むか否かを決定するため及び前記RF信号内の前記識別標識の検出に応答して電気信号を発生するために前記RF信号を読み取るための、前記アンテナと電気的に通じる、集積回路、及び
前記集積回路と電気的に通じ、前記アンテナで集められた前記RF信号による電力供給が可能な視覚インジケータ、
を有し、前記システムがさらに、
前記RF信号を送信するためのRF送信器、
を備え、
前記RF信号が前記複数の相互接続された通信素子の少なくとも1つに関係する識別標識を含み、よって、
前記RF送信器が前記RFID素子にRF信号を送信し、前記集積回路のそれぞれが、前記RF信号が前記それぞれの集積回路に関係付けられた前記識別標識を含むか否かを決定し、含んでいれば、前記それぞれの集積回路が前記それぞれの集積回路と通じる前記視覚インジケータに電気信号を送り、前記電気信号によって前記視覚インジケータを前記第1の表示状態と前記第2の表示状態の間で変化させる、
ことを特徴とするコンポーネント。 - 前記RFID素子及び前記視覚インジケータと電気的に通じる受動エネルギー貯蔵デバイスをさらに有し、前記受動エネルギー貯蔵デバイスが、前記RFID素子が前記外部RF信号を受信するときに、前記RFID素子による充電が可能であり、前記受動エネルギー貯蔵デバイスが、前記視覚インジケータに電力を供給し、よって前記視覚インジケータを前記第1の表示状態と前記第2の表示状態に間で変化させるために、放電可能であることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載のコンポーネント。
- 前記受動エネルギー貯蔵デバイスがコンデンサ及び細流充電蓄電池の内の少なくとも1つを含むことを特徴とする請求項6に記載のコンポーネント。
- 前記RFID素子によって送られる前記電気信号が、所定の時間的パターンにしたがって、前記視覚インジケータを前記第1の表示状態と前記第2の表示状態の間で変化させることを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載のコンポーネント。
- 前記RFID素子が、前記外部RF信号の受信に応答してRF信号を送信することができるトランスポンダーであることを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載のコンポーネント。
- 光ファイバケーブルにおいて、請求項1または2に記載の前記コンポーネントに取り付けられた光ファイバを有することを特徴とする光ファイバケーブル。
