Abstract

Claims (14)
- 少なくとも被覆層a)及びイソシアネートに基く硬質フォームb)から構成される複合体を製造する方法であって、
被覆層a)が連続的に移動され、及びイソシアネートに基く硬質フォームb)の出発材料が、前記被覆層に施される方法において、
イソシアネートに基く硬質フォームb)の液状の出発材料の供給が、被覆層a)に対して平行、及び移動方向に対して直角に設けられ、且つ開口部を有する、据付の管を用いて行われ、及び
イソシアネートに基く硬質フォームb)の液状の出発材料が、開口部が設けられた管の中央部に供給されることを特徴とする方法。 - 開口部を有する管の幅が、被覆層a)の幅の少なくとも70%に相当し、被覆層のそれぞれの縁部の等幅の領域が前記開口部を有する管により覆われていないように、前記開口部を有する管が配置されたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 開口部を有する管が、被覆層a)上の10〜30cmの高さに位置することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記管の直径が、0.2〜5cmであることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の方法。
- 開口部を有する管の直径が、管の中央部から端にかけて減少することを特徴とする、請求項1記載の方法。
- 開口部の直径が0.5〜5mmであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- お互いの開口部の間の距離が5〜60mmであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 開口部の直径が中央部から端にかけて減少することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 開口部の間隔が中央部から端にかけて減少することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- イソシアネートに基く硬質フォームb)がイソシアヌレート基を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
