Claims (21)
- 外層を連続的に動かしながら液体反応混合物を該外層に塗布する、該外層に液体反応混合物を塗布するための装置であって、
該装置が、前記外層の方向に複数の開口部b)を備え、該外層の面に平行且つ該外層の移動方向に直角に該外層の上に設けられた少なくとも一本のパイプa)を有し、
前記外層端部上に位置する前記パイプの側における外側の前記開口部が、前記外層端部の方向に1〜50°のある角度で設けられていることを特徴とする装置。 - 前記外層端部上に位置する外側の1〜4個の前記開口部b)が、前記外層端部の方向に1〜50°のある角度で設けられている請求項1に記載の装置。
- 開口部b)の角度の大きさが、外層端部の方向に増大する請求項1及び2のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 外側開口部b)の角度の大きさが、次式:
小角度=大角度/ある角度で設けられた開口部の数
で決められる請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の装置。 - パイプa)が固定されて設けられている請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 開口部b)が、前記液体反応混合物がすべての開口部b)から同一速度で排出されるように設計されている請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 開口部b)の径が、液体反応混合物の供給部からパイプa)の末端領域に向けて減少する請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 開口部b)の長さが、液体反応混合物の供給部からパイプa)の末端領域に向けて減少する請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- パイプa)が、前記外層の幅の少なくとも60%超に達するように設けられている請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- パイプa)が、前記外層上で1〜40cmの高さに設けられている請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記液体反応混合物の供給部がパイプa)の中央に位置する請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- パイプa)の直径が0.2〜5cmである請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 孔b)の径が0.1〜10mmである請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
