Abstract
Description
ポリマーおよびハニカムの熱膨張係数は、ASTM E831により測定する。繊維の熱膨張係数は、ASTM E381に従って直接、または複合体構造から測定することができる。
Claims (18)
- 構造用樹脂またはマトリックス樹脂を備えたセル壁を有するハニカムであって、前記セル壁の面が、前記ハニカムのZ寸法に平行であり、前記ハニカムセル壁が、
a)融点が120℃〜350℃で、熱膨張係数が180ppm/℃未満の熱可塑性材料5〜35重量部と、
b)1デニール当たり525グラム(1dtex当たり480グラム)以上の弾性率を有し、軸方向の熱膨張係数が2ppm/℃以下の高弾性率繊維65〜95重量部とを、前記ハニカムセル壁中の前記熱可塑材および高弾性率繊維の総量に基づいて含み、
前記ハニカムの前記Z寸法における熱膨張係数が10ppm/℃以下である、ハニカム。 - 前記熱可塑性材料が、5〜20重量部の量で存在する請求項1に記載のハニカム。
- 前記高弾性率繊維が、約80〜95重量部の量で存在する請求項1に記載のハニカム。
- 前記熱可塑性材料の熱膨張係数が、100ppm/℃以下である請求項1に記載のハニカム。
- 前記高弾性率繊維の軸方向の熱膨張係数が、(−1)ppm/℃以下である請求項1に記載のハニカム。
- 前記ハニカムの前記Z方向の熱膨張係数が、5ppm/℃以下である請求項1に記載のハニカム。
- 前記熱可塑材が、ポリエステル、ポリオレフィン、ポリアミド、ポリエーテルケトン、ポリエーテルエーテルケトン、ポリアミド−イミド、ポリエーテル−イミド、ポリフェニレンスルフィド、液晶ポリエステルおよびこれらの混合物からなる群から選択される請求項1に記載のハニカム。
- 前記熱可塑性材料が、無機添加剤を含む請求項1に記載のハニカム。
- 前記高弾性率繊維の少なくとも50重量パーセントが、フロックの形態にある請求項1に記載のハニカム。
- 前記フロックの切断長さが、2mm〜25mmである請求項9に記載のハニカム。
- 前記高弾性率繊維が、ポリ(パラフェニレンテレフタルアミド)繊維を含む請求項1に記載のハニカム。
- 前記高弾性率繊維が、パラ−アラミド、ポリベンズアゾール、ポリピリダゾールポリマー、液晶ポリエステル、炭素またはこれらの混合物からなる群から選択される請求項1に記載のハニカム。
- 前記構造用樹脂またはマトリックス樹脂が、熱硬化性樹脂である請求項1に記載のハニカム。
- 無機粒子をさらに含む請求項1に記載のハニカム。
- 請求項1に記載のハニカムを含む物品。
- 請求項1に記載のハニカムを含む空力構造物。
- 請求項1に記載のハニカムを含むパネル。
- 前記ハニカムの面に取り付けられたフェースシートをさらに含む請求項17に記載のパネル。
