(a)原料合成ガス流の一部を低温高圧下にメタノールと接触させ、硫化水素、硫化カルボニル、二酸化炭素、シアン化水素及びアンモニアを除去することにより、これらの化合物に富むメタノールと、これらの化合物が枯渇した合成ガス流を得る工程と;
(b)原料合成ガス流の別の部分を水の存在下で水性ガスシフト触媒と接触させ、一酸化炭素の少なくとも一部を水と反応させることにより、水素及び二酸化炭素に富むシフト済み合成ガス流を得る工程と;
(c)シフト済み合成ガス流を低温高圧下にメタノールと接触させ、二酸化炭素、硫化水素、硫化カルボニル及びアンモニアを除去することにより、これらの化合物に富む溶媒と、主に水素からなり、二酸化炭素が枯渇したガス流を得る工程と;
(d)工程(a)で得られた合成ガス流と、場合により工程(c)で得られたガス流とを、硫黄含浸活性炭及び/又は活性炭を含む第1の固体吸着剤と接触させて金属及び/又は金属カルボニル化合物を除去し、金属及び/又は金属カルボニル化合物が枯渇した合成ガス流を得る工程と;
(e)金属及び/又は金属カルボニル化合物が枯渇した合成ガス流を水の存在下で、Ag、Sn、Mo、Fe及びZnよりなる群から選択された1種類以上の金属又は該金属酸化物又はその組み合わせを含む第2の固体吸着剤と高温下に接触させ、精製合成ガス流を得る工程を含む。

Claims (15)
- 主成分である一酸化炭素及び水素以外に硫化水素、硫化カルボニル、二酸化炭素、シアン化水素及びアンモニアを含有する原料合成ガス流から精製合成ガス流を製造する方法であって、
(a)原料合成ガス流の一部を低温高圧下にメタノールと接触させ、硫化水素、硫化カルボニル、二酸化炭素、シアン化水素及びアンモニアを除去することにより、これらの化合物に富むメタノールと、これらの化合物が枯渇した合成ガス流とを得る工程と;
(b)原料合成ガス流の別の部分を水の存在下で水性ガスシフト触媒と接触させ、一酸化炭素の少なくとも一部を水と反応させることにより、水素及び二酸化炭素に富むシフト済み合成ガス流を得る工程と;
(c)シフト済み合成ガス流を低温高圧下にメタノールと接触させ、二酸化炭素、硫化水素、硫化カルボニル及びアンモニアを除去することにより、これらの化合物に富む溶媒と、主に水素からなり、二酸化炭素が枯渇したガス流とを得る工程と;
(d)工程(a)で得られた合成ガス流と、場合により工程(c)で得られたガス流とを、硫黄含浸活性炭及び/又は活性炭を含む第1の固体吸着剤と接触させて金属及び/又は金属カルボニル化合物を除去し、金属及び/又は金属カルボニル化合物が枯渇した合成ガス流を得る工程と;
(e)金属及び/又は金属カルボニル化合物が枯渇した合成ガス流を水の存在下、Ag、Sn、Mo、Fe及びZnよりなる群から選択された1種類以上の金属又は該金属酸化物又はその組み合わせを含む第2の固体吸着剤と高温下に接触させ、精製合成ガス流を得る工程と、
を含む前記方法。 - 工程(e)が100〜240℃、好ましくは140〜200℃の範囲の温度で実施される請求項1に記載の方法。
- 固体吸着剤が酸化亜鉛を含む請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 固体吸着剤が固体吸着剤全体に対して好ましくは0.1〜5重量%、更に好ましくは0.1〜3重量%のアルミナを含有する請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 精製合成ガスが精製合成ガス流全体に対して10容量ppb未満のCOS、好ましくは2容量ppb未満のCOSを含有する請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 精製合成ガス流が精製合成ガス流全体に対して10容量ppb未満のH2S、好ましくは1容量ppb未満のH2Sを含有する請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 精製合成ガス流が10容量ppb未満のHCNを含有する請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 工程(e)において水の量が合成ガス流全体に対して10容量ppm〜1%v/v、100容量ppm〜0.2%v/vの範囲である請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 工程(a)が−50〜0℃、好ましくは−40〜−20℃の範囲の温度で実施される請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 工程(c)が−70〜−20℃、好ましくは−70〜−30℃の範囲の温度で実施される請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 原料合成ガス流が、合成ガス発生装置を出る合成ガスをスクラブ液と接触させて粒状物質を除去することにより得られる請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 原料合成ガス流が石炭のガス化により得られる請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 精製合成ガス流を150〜300℃、好ましくは180〜260℃の範囲の温度で炭化水素合成触媒と接触させて炭化水素を生成し、場合により、その後、こうして得られた炭化水素を水素化転化し、蒸留する請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 炭化水素合成触媒がコバルトを含む請求項13に記載の方法。
- 請求項14に記載の方法により得られる炭化水素。
