Abstract

Claims (15)
- 流路と、
前記流路に沿って配置され且つ供給原料(102)をシンガスに転換するように構成されたガス化セクション(112)と、
前記ガス化セクション(112)の直ぐ下流に配置され且つ前記シンガスを濾過するように構成されたスクラバー(130)と、
前記スクラバー(130)から直ぐ下流の前記流路に沿って配置され且つ前記シンガスを膨張させるように構成された第1のエキスパンダー(138)と、
を備え、前記シンガスが未処理シンガスを含む、システム。 - 前記システムが、前記未処理シンガスに水塊を加えるように構成されている、請求項1記載のシステム。
- 前記システムが、前記第1のエキスパンダー(138)の上流の前記未処理シンガスに水塊を加えるように構成されている、請求項2記載のシステム。
- 前記システムが、前記未処理シンガスに水塊を飽和せることにより水塊を加えるように構成されている、請求項2記載のシステム。
- 前記水塊は、加熱された水塊を含む、請求項2記載のシステム。
- 前記未処理シンガスが、少なくとも約0.1%〜65%のH2Oを有する湿潤シンガスを含む、請求項1記載のシステム。
- 前記第1のエキスパンダー(138)は、機械エネルギー、電気エネルギー又はこれらの組合せを生成するように構成されたターボエキスパンダーを備える、請求項1記載のシステム。
- 前記第1のエキスパンダー(138)は、前記未処理シンガスからの物質を凝縮させるように構成されている、請求項7記載のシステム。
- 前記物質が、前記未処理シンガスから凝縮される約0.1%〜65%のH2Oを有する凝縮物を含む、請求項8記載のシステム。
- 前記ガス化セクション(112)が、統合型ガス化複合サイクル(IGCC)ガス化セクションを含む、請求項1記載のシステム。
- 前記前記第1のエキスパンダー(138)から下流の流路に沿って配置された酸性ガス除去(AGR)セクション(160)を備え、前記AGRセクション(160)が、前記未処理シンガスを処理して酸性ガスを除去し、処理済みシンガスを生成するように構成されている、請求項1記載のシステム。
- 前記AGRセクション(160)から下流の流路に沿って配置され且つ前記処理済みシンガスを膨張させるように構成された第2のエキスパンダー(138)を備える、請求項11記載のシステム。
- 前記第1のエキスパンダー(138)から下流の流路に沿って配置され且つ前記シンガスを膨張させるように構成された第2のエキスパンダー(138)を備える、請求項1記載のシステム。
- 流路と、
加圧流体を有し、酸性ガス除去(AGR)セクション(160)から下流の前記流路に沿って配置された第1の流体源(112、130)と、
第2の流体を前記第1の流体と混合して流体混合物を生じるように構成された第2の流体源と、
前記AGR(160)から上流の流路に沿って配置されたエキスパンダー(138)と、
を備え、前記エキスパンダー(138)が、前記流体混合物を膨張及び凝縮させ、機械エネルギー、電力又はこれらの組合せを生成するように構成されている、システム。 - 前記第2の流体源が水供給源を含む、請求項14記載のシステム。
