Claims (20)
- 메탄 생성 섹션을 포함하는 시스템에 있어서,
상기 메탄 생성 섹션은,
제 1 연료를 수용하도록 구성된 연료 유입구와,
메탄을 출력하도록 구성된 연료 유출구와,
상기 연료 유입구로부터 상기 연료 유출구로 상기 제 1 연료의 제 1 유량을 이송하도록 구성된 제 1 연료 통로로서, 발열 메탄 생성 영역 내의 제 1 연료로부터 메탄을 생성하도록 구성된 제 1 메타네이터를 포함하는, 상기 제 1 연료 통로와,
메탄으로의 전환 없이 제 2 연료의 제 2 유량을 이송하도록 구성된 제 2 연료 통로로서, 상기 발열 메탄 생성 영역으로부터 열을 수용하도록 구성된, 상기 제 2 연료 통로를 포함하는
시스템. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 연료 및 상기 제 2 연료는 합성가스를 포함하고, 상기 제 1 연료 통로 및 상기 제 2 연료 통로는 상기 발열 메탄 생성 영역의 상류측에서 상호 결합되고, 상기 제 2 연료 통로는 상기 발열 메탄 생성 영역을 우회하는
시스템. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 연료의 제 1 유량은 상기 합성가스의 제 1 부분을 포함하고, 상기 제 2 연료의 제 2 유량은 상기 합성가스의 제 2 부분을 포함하고, 상기 제 1 부분은 상기 합성가스의 적어도 75% 이상인
시스템. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 발열 메탄 생성 영역으로부터 하류측에 열 교환기를 포함하고, 상기 열 교환기는 상기 발열 메탄 생성 영역으로부터 상기 제 2 연료에 열을 전달하도록 구성된
시스템. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 연료의 제 1 유량은 상기 합성가스의 제 1 부분을 포함하고, 상기 제 2 연료의 제 2 유량은 상기 합성가스의 제 2 부분을 포함하고, 상기 제 1 부분은 상기 합성가스의 적어도 25% 이하인
시스템. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 제 2 연료 통로는 가스 팽창 터빈을 포함하는
시스템. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 메탄 생성 섹션으로부터 상류측의 상기 제 1 연료 통로 또는 상기 제 2 연료 통로에 결합된 가스화 장치를 포함하고, 상기 가스화 장치는 급냉 냉각 장치 또는 합성가스 냉각 장치를 포함하는
시스템. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 메탄 생성 섹션에 결합된 유체 통로를 포함하고, 상기 메탄 생성 섹션은 가열된 유체를 생산하기 위해 상기 유체 통로를 따라 유체에 열을 전달하도록 구성되고, 상기 가열된 유체는 열 회수 증기 생성(HRSG) 시스템으로 이송되고, 상기 가열된 유체는 가열된 물, 증기 또는 과열 증기를 포함하는
시스템. - 시스템에 있어서,
합성가스 냉각 장치와,
메탄 생성 섹션과,
상기 합성가스 냉각 장치 및 상기 메탄 생성 섹션을 통해 연장하는 연료 통로로서, 상기 연료 통로가 합성가스를 상기 합성가스 냉각 장치로부터 상기 메탄 생성 섹션으로 유동시키도록 구성되고, 상기 메탄 생성 섹션이 제 1 발열 메탄 생성 영역 내에서 상기 합성가스로부터 메탄을 생성하도록 구성되는, 상기 연료 통로와,
상기 합성가스 냉각 장치 및 상기 메탄 생성 섹션을 통해 연장하는 유체 통로로서, 상기 합성가스 냉각 장치는 상기 유체 통로를 따라 상기 합성가스로부터 유체에 열을 전달하도록 구성되고, 상기 메탄 생성 섹션은 상기 유체 통로를 따라 상기 제 1 발열 메탄 생성 영역으로부터 상기 유체에 열을 전달하도록 구성되고, 상기 유체는 상기 유체 통로의 적어도 일부분을 따라 증기를 포함하는, 상기 유체 통로를 포함하는
시스템. - 제 9 항에 있어서,
상기 합성가스 냉각 장치는 포화 증기를 생성하기 위해 상기 합성가스로부터 상기 유체에 열을 전달하도록 구성되고, 상기 메탄 생성 섹션은 과열 증기를 생성하도록 상기 제 1 발열 메탄 생성 영역으로부터 상기 포화 증기에 열을 전달하도록 구성되는
시스템. - 제 9 항에 있어서,
상기 메탄 생성 섹션은 포화 증기를 생성하기 위해 상기 제 1 발열 메탄 생성 영역으로부터 상기 유체에 열을 전달하도록 구성되고, 상기 합성가스 냉각 장치는 과열 증기를 생성하기 위해 상기 합성가스로부터 상기 포화 증기에 열을 전달하도록 구성되는
시스템. - 제 11 항에 있어서,
상기 메탄 생성 섹션은 상기 제 1 발열 메탄 생성 영역을 갖는 제 1 메타네이터와, 제 2 발열 메탄 생성 영역을 갖는 제 2 메타네이터와, 상기 제 1 메타네이터와 상기 제 2 메타네이터의 사이의 제 1 열 교환기를 포함하고, 상기 제 1 열 교환기는 상기 포화 증기를 생성하기 위해 상기 제 1 발열 메탄 생성 영역으로부터 상기 유체에 열을 전달하도록 구성되는
시스템. - 제 12 항에 있어서,
상기 메탄 생성 섹션은 상기 제 1 메타네이터와 상기 제 2 메타네이터의 사이에 제 2 열 교환기를 포함하고, 상기 제 2 열 교환기는 상기 제 1 메타네이터로 이송되기 전에 상기 제 1 발열 메탄 생성 영역으로부터 상기 합성가스에 열을 전달하도록 구성되는

상기 제 1 메타네이터로부터 하류측의 상기 연료 통로 내에 배치되고, 제 2 발열 메탄 생성 영역을 포함하는 제 2 메타네이터와,
상기 제 1 메타네이터와 제 2 메타네이터의 사이에서 상기 연료 통로를 따라 배치된 제 1 열 교환기와,
상기 제 2 메타네이터로부터 하류측의 상기 연료 통로를 따라 배치된 제 2 열 교환기와,
상기 제 1 열 교환기 및 제 2 열 교환기를 통해 연장하는 유체 통로로서, 상기 제 2 열 교환기가 상기 제 1 열 교환기로 이송되기 전에 상기 유체 통로를 따라 포화 증기를 생성하도록 상기 제 2 발열 메탄 생성 영역으로부터 유체에 열을 전달하도록 구성되고, 상기 제 1 열 교환기가 상기 유체 통로를 따라 과열 증기를 생성하도록 상기 제 1 발열 메탄 생성 영역으로부터 상기 포화 증기에 열을 전달하도록 구성되는, 상기 유체 통로를 포함하는
시스템. - 제 14 항에 있어서,
상기 메탄 생성 섹션은,
상기 제 2 메타네이터로부터 하류측의 상기 연료 통로 내에 배치되고, 제 3 발열 메탄 생성 영역을 포함하는 제 3 메타네이터와,
상기 제 3 메타네이터로부터 하류측의 상기 연료 통로를 따라 배치되는 제 3 열 교환기를 포함하고, 상기 유체 통로는 상기 제 1 열 교환기, 제 2 열 교환기 및 제 3 열 교환기를 통해 연장하고, 상기 제 3 열 교환기는 상기 제 2 열 교환기로 이송되기 전에 상기 유체 통로를 따라 가열된 공급수를 생성하기 위해 상기 제 3 발열 메탄 생성 영역으로부터 상기 유체에 열을 전달하도록 구성되는
