Claims (10)
- 流路と、
前記流路に沿って配置され且つ供給原料(102)をシンガスに転換するように構成されたガス化セクション(112)と、
前記ガス化セクション(112)の直ぐ下流に配置され且つ前記シンガスを濾過するように構成されたスクラバー(130)と、
前記スクラバー(130)から下流の前記流路に沿って配置され且つ前記シンガス中の水素と一酸化炭素の比を調整する第1の水性ガスシフトシステム(176)と、
前記第1の水性ガスシフトシステム(176)の下流の前記流路に沿って配置され且つ前記シンガスを膨張させるように構成された第1のエキスパンダー(138)と、
前記第1のエキスパンダー(138)の下流の流路に沿って配置され、前記未処理シンガスを処理して酸性ガスを除去し、処理済みシンガスを生成するように構成されている、酸性ガス除去(AGR)セクション(160)と、
前記AGRセクション(160)から下流の前記流路に沿って配置され且つ前記処理済みシンガス中の水素と一酸化炭素の比を調整する第2の水性ガスシフトシステム(176)と、
前記第2の水性ガスシフトシステム(176)から下流の流路に沿って配置され且つ前記処理済みシンガスを膨張させるように構成された第2のエキスパンダー(138)と、
を備え、前記シンガスが未処理シンガスを含む、システム。 - 流路と、
前記流路に沿って配置され且つ供給原料(102)をシンガスに転換するように構成されたガス化セクション(112)と、
前記ガス化セクション(112)の直ぐ下流に配置され且つ前記シンガスを濾過するように構成されたスクラバー(130)と、
前記スクラバー(130)から下流の流路に沿って配置され、前記未処理シンガスを処理して酸性ガスを除去し、処理済みシンガスを生成するように構成されている、酸性ガス除去(AGR)セクション(160)と、
前記AGRセクション(160)から下流の前記流路に沿って配置され且つ前記シンガス中の水素と一酸化炭素の比を調整する水性ガスシフトシステム(176)と、
前記水性ガスシフトシステム(176)から下流の流路に沿って配置され且つ前記処理済みシンガスを膨張させるように構成されたエキスパンダー(138)と、
を備え、前記シンガスが未処理シンガスを含む、システム。 - 前記システムが、前記未処理シンガスに水塊を加えるように構成されている、請求項1または2に記載のシステム。
- 前記システムが、前記第1のエキスパンダー(138)の上流の前記未処理シンガスに水塊を加えるように構成されている、請求項1記載のシステム。
- 前記水塊は、加熱された水塊を含む、請求項2乃至4のいずれかに記載のシステム。
- 前記未処理シンガスが、少なくとも約0.1%〜65%のH2Oを有する湿潤シンガスを含む、請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載のシステム。
- 前記第1のエキスパンダー(138)は、機械エネルギー、電気エネルギー又はこれらの組合せを生成するように構成されたターボエキスパンダーを備える、請求項1または4に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1のエキスパンダー(138)は、前記未処理シンガスからの物質を凝縮させるように構成されている、請求項7記載のシステム。
- 前記物質が、前記未処理シンガスから凝縮される約0.1%〜65%のH2Oを有する凝縮物を含む、請求項8記載のシステム。
- 前記ガス化セクション(112)が、統合型ガス化複合サイクル(IGCC)ガス化セクションを含む、請求項1乃至9のいずれかに記載のシステム。
