Abstract

PMo12VaCsbKcXdYe(Q(PO4)f)gOx (化学式1)
前記化学式1において、
Xは、Cu、Ag、Co、Pb、Mn及びTlから選択される1種以上の金属成分であり、Yは、As、Sb、Bi、Zn及びNbから選択される1種以上の金属成分であり、Qは、Cr、La、Ce、Fe、Ni及びMgから選択される1種以上の金属成分であり、aは0.1<a<3であり、bは0.5<b<3であり、cは0<c<1であり、dは0<d<3であり、eは0<e<3であり、fは0.5<f<3であり、gは0.001<g<3であり、xはa、b、c、d、e、f及びgの原子価条件を満足する数である。
(a)MoO3、V2O5及びH3PO4を蒸溜水と混合して水溶液を製造する工程;
(b)製造した前記水溶液に、Cs及びK前駆体、金属前駆体、及びピリジンを混合することにより製造した水溶液を添加することによって、スラリーを製造する工程;及び
(c)製造した前記スラリーを、乾燥、焼成する工程
を含むヘテロポリ酸系触媒の製造方法を提供する。
(a)MoO3、V2O5及びH3PO4を蒸溜水と混合して水溶液を製造する工程;
(b)製造した前記水溶液に、Cs及びKの前駆体、金属前駆体、及びピリジンを混合することによって製造した水溶液を添加することによって、スラリーを製造する工程;及び
(c)製造した前記スラリーを乾燥、焼成する工程
を含む。
蒸溜水1L中で、モリブデンオキサイド(molybdenum oxide, MoO3)200gとバナジウムオキサイド(vanadium oxide, V2O5)5.27gと85%H3PO414.69gとを混合し、撹拌しながら80℃で36時間反応させた。その後、常温に冷却して反応を終了し、未反応固体であるMoO330.9gが存在する水溶液993.33mlを得た。
本実施例は、1.02gのK2CO3を使用し、SbKC4H4O7の代わりに、蒸溜水10cc中にSb2O31.69gおよび酒石酸5gを溶解させて製造した溶液を使用したことを除いて、前記実施例1と同一の方法で実施した。
本実施例は、FePO4・2H2O0.34gの代わりにLaPO4・2H2O0.53gを使用したことを除いて、前記実施例1と同一の方法で実施した。
本比較例は、FePO4・2H2O0.34gの代わりにFe(NO3)3・9H2O0.37gを使用したことを除いて、前記実施例1と同一の方法で実施した。
実施例1乃至3及び比較例1から製造したヘテロポリ酸系触媒を、下記の方法でメタクロレインの気相酸化反応に使用した。

メタクロレイン転換率(%)=[反応したメタクロレインのモル数/供給したメタクロレインのモル数]×100
(数学式2):
メタクリル酸選択度(%)=[生成したメタクリル酸のモル数/反応したメタクロレインのモル数]×100
(数学式3):
収率(%)=[生成したメタクリル酸のモル数/供給したメタクロレインのモル数]×100=転換率×選択度
Claims (7)
- 下記化学式1
(化学式1):
PMo12VaCsbKcXdYe(Q(PO4)f)gOx
〔前記化学式1において、
Xは、Cu、Ag、Co、Pb、Mn及びTlから選択される1種以上の金属成分であり、Yは、As、Sb、Bi、Zn及びNbから選択される1種以上の金属成分であり、Qは、Cr、La、Ce、Fe、Ni及びMgから選択される1種以上の金属成分であり、aは0.1<a<3であり、bは0.5<b<3であり、cは0<c<1であり、dは0<d<3であり、eは0<e<3であり、fは0.5<f<3であり、gは0.001<g<3であり、xはa、b、c、d、e、f及びgの原子価条件を満足する数である〕
で表されることを特徴とするヘテロポリ酸系触媒。 - 前記Qで表される金属成分が、Q(PO4)fで表されるリン酸塩形態の前駆体として含まれることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のヘテロポリ酸系触媒。
- 前記リン酸塩形態の前駆体が、CrPO4、LaPO4、CePO4、FePO4、Ni3(PO4)2、Mg2P2O7、及びこれらの水和物からなる群から選択される1種以上であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のヘテロポリ酸系触媒。
- 請求項1に記載のヘテロポリ酸系触媒の製造方法であって、
(a)MoO3、V2O5及びH3PO4を蒸溜水と混合して水溶液を製造する工程;
(b)製造した前記水溶液に、Cs及びK前駆体、金属前駆体、及びピリジンを混合することにより製造した水溶液を添加することによって、スラリーを製造する工程;及び
(c)製造した前記スラリーを、乾燥、焼成する工程
を含むことを特徴とする、ヘテロポリ酸系触媒の製造方法。 - 前記工程(b)の金属前駆体が、
Cu、Ag、Co、Pb、Mn及びTlから選択される1種以上の金属成分X;
As、Sb、Bi、Zn及びNbから選択される1種以上の金属成分Y;又は
Cr、La、Ce、Fe、Ni及びMgから選択される1種以上の金属成分Q
の前駆体であることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のヘテロポリ酸系触媒の製造方法。 - 前記金属成分Qの前駆体が、Q(PO4)fで表されるリン酸塩前駆体であり、かつ、CrPO4、LaPO4、CePO4、FePO4、Ni3(PO4)2、Mg2P2O7及びこれらの水和物からなる群から選択される1種以上であることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のヘテロポリ酸系触媒の製造方法。
- 前記工程(b)のK前駆体が、炭酸塩形態の前駆体であるか、または炭酸塩形態の前駆体とSbKC4H4O7との混合物であることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のヘテロポリ酸系触媒の製造方法。
